BEST APARTMENT in MIAMI!!! It’s a brand new building with new EVERYTHING! If you’re thinking you may not get approved still apply anyway. The Leasing and management team are amazing, and they’re always willing to work with you. Management goes above and beyond to meet the needs and concerns of all residents. Natily is AMAZING and really works hard to make everything exceptionally safe and functional for everyone. PLUS We have so many free activities. Form fitness, Boxing, Mat Pilates. I had such a wonderful experience at Society Wynwood, all thanks to Andrea. She is truly the sweetest human and made everything feel so easy and welcoming from the start. Friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile, she made the whole process a pleasure. It’s clear how much she cares about the residents, and I absolutely loved working with her. Society Wynwood is so lucky to have her!
This building is great in some ways and not in some ways. But that’s every building right? I’ve been here for 8 months and I’ve had a handful of issues. I won’t dive too deep into them, but they’ve all had to do with additional fees, that no one ever really tries to help with. Today I had a great experience with Lourdes who helped me get back a late fee I had because there was an error processing my rent payment. She was able to help me get back on track without the extra $150 fee. She was so friendly and welcoming with her warm smile and great energy! Not to mention she’s new so we need that…
Wanted to wait exactly a year before doing any review. I just want to say this is an amazing building and more importantly, an amazing STAFF. 90% of the reason I will renew my lease at Society is because of Lourdes, Andrea and Natily. Any issue or concern that I’ve ever had, has been addressed in a timely manner and most importantly, compassionately. Maintenance team also goes above and beyond for the building and the units and that is also highly appreciated. I’ve lived in several buildings across the country and it has been refreshing to be seen as a human being on not just another tenant.…

Love it !!! The best building in the area. Friendly professional management. Amazing amenities. Centrally located , 10 min from the airport ,8 min to Brickell and 10 min to Miami Beach . Walking distance to the best restaurants and bars . Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods are in the area. If you are moving to Miami and wants to experience fun and city life this is the best place to! I love it , hope you do too

I love Society Wynwood it’s a beautiful property & safe place to stay ! The 5th Ave concierge team is amazing! They help assist with anything you need. One of the concierge Damian is always willing to help a really nice person and assisted me with moving in, mail & packages. He does a phenomenal job. He also monitors the building and makes sure everything is well and safe. The amenities are great the gym huge and pool area is always clean and enjoyable. Really enjoy living in this property.
Absolutely love Society Wynwood! The coworking space here is beyond impressive — it’s massive, beautifully designed, and has everything you need to be productive and inspired. Whether you’re working solo or meeting with a team, the setup is perfect. But what truly makes this place stand out is the management.
