**Add on below*** Don’t come here!! Water is charged $113.64/month for all the 1 bedroom units, can you imagine!!!!!??I can guarantee no apartment in Bay Area is like this. Utilities charge are incredibly high and makes no sense. When ask leasing, they have no clue and no explanation of why it’s charged so high. They just respond: “PG&E charged this, we are not responsible to call. And it’s within the utilities range which is $170-$200+ for 1 bed” See the breakdown below and don’t be surprised. This review is for Pamela! She is always on top of maintenance requests and incredibly responsive. I was concerned about the hard water and the white mineral stains throughout the apartment. After I emailed her about the issue, she took the feedback seriously and worked with the team to improve the water softening system. I truly appreciate her professionalism and dedication to making the living experience better for residents. Thank you, Pamela!
Poor communication by application processing team, substantial delays, not respected SLAs, AI assistant is very inefficient, going over the same question for 4-6 times. Contacted the team directly with a request for manual application review, agreed over the phone but it took several days to hear back. I do not suggest this property in case your timeline is tight as there is no sense of urgency nor the agreed upon timelines are respected.
I wasn’t able to tour the property in person, but Marcus came to the rescue! He was incredibly helpful, patient, and thorough—answering all of my questions and walking me through the community and several floor plans until we found the perfect one. He even stayed on the phone with me throughout the entire application process. Huge thank you and shoutout to Marcus Furguson for the outstanding service!

My first experience touring after hearing about this property , looking through the property is awful. The front end staff does not know what they are doing, very poor greeting, does not understand your requirements properly. The person whom I spoke did not attend me even though he was available. Then another person with no clue and no idea about apartments took me to a unit which does not even satisfy my directions, lay out. She started fighting, arguing with me. We just toured this complex with Alex and Alina, both were so kind, honest and helpful. They understood our needs and struggles because we just move to USA from Europe. Apartment: - Apartment is very luxurious with nice design of kitchen and bathrooms. It is hardwood flooring even in bedrooms which we are used to. We really liked double glass windows as they are much better noise isolation. shame that they can be only slightly open, but it is American thing 😅 - Apartments overlooking inner courtyard are very quiet and have no road noise. - WiFi is available even in garage, and upon move in…
I toured Lorien Apartments on the morning of October 12, 2025. Alina warmly greeted me and led a fantastic tour, providing in-depth introductions to all the property's amenities and available units. While I ultimately did not lease here, the experience was very pleasant, and I would recommend this property to others. This place is like a second home away from home. Very welcoming vibes. Love the atmosphere and hospitality of everyone working at Lorien especially ALINA and ALEX. Little things means a lot to ease the stress and anxiety of moving from one place to another. I can’t wait to live here and enjoy all the wonderful amenities this community has to offer. Love the clubroom, rooftop lounge to enjoy the air and view of sunset. Super excited.
