Avoid at all costs, an alarm that rings constantly, the security guards are not professional, the parking barrier only works half the time and the soundproofing is terrible.
I’m a tenant and I’m having a terrible experience, avoid this place. There is a construction site right in front of the building that works 24h some days, with constant noise and zero respect for residents. The building management does absolutely nothing to stop it, despite repeated complaints. Sleepless nights 2/3 times per week… If you value your peace and sleep, stay away.

I recently moved into Samana Park Views, Arjan, and was told my apartment came with a parking space but that hasn’t been the case. Building supervisors and security keep saying studios don’t come with parking, which is absolute nonsense. There’s no proper parking available apart from street parking limited to 4 hours. My landlord is even willing to pay, yet no one provides any information, and I’m constantly being ignored. Very poor management and communication.
Great amenities (multiple pools, outdoor and indoor gym equipment, small jogging track, sauna and steam room, kids playground), 24/7 security, helpful management (quick fixes and generally responses), friendly fun co-residents. Arjan is like JVC but low rises and no traffic. But of course I moved here for the nice private pool on the balcony - peak unique amenity.
I do not recommend anyone to live there. The alarm works day and night without reason, every day, even Sunday, at one o'clock in the morning or six o'clock in the morning, several times. The sound of the fire alarm is very annoying and loud
Project shown vs reality (it’s ridiculous). Delay in construction, nobody is giving any informations no one is answering, impossible to get any updates… on the other hand they are excellent in collecting money punctually and if by mistake there is one day delay in payment you get penalty, but get informations on the delay in construction it seems is not a buyer right.👎
