Do NOT stay here. There is NO SERVICE. I was exhausted after a further delayed flight into Athens. I expect if there is no on-site service, that there should be an easy way to solve. I was able to access the building but not my room. The app just keeps asking you to reset your code, which I did for 30 min. I was late to meet a friend and ended up not staying in my room at all because the experience was SO FRUSTRATING! I have never written a negative review, but they do not make it easy to get help. They say call the number, but when you're in the app, this does NOT pop up as an easy click…
Location easy to get to the port. 12 mins walk. The room was as pictured and good value. Just make sure to check which Limehouse you are at because they have multiple Limehouse’s such as iris or olive. Can be easy to mix up
Die Unterkunft ist wirklich super, sauber, modern, gut eingerichtet, verschiedene Zimmer verfügbar, lieber mehr ausgeben für ein Zimmer mit Balkon. Auch wir hatten beim zweiten Aufenthalt ein Problem mit dem Code, der nicht funktionierte, aber bei uns war jemand vor Ort, der uns weiterhalf. Es besteht also auf alle Fälle ein Risiko ! Man kann über die App einen neuen Code anfordern. Aber wenn der auch nicht geht ....? Also uns hat es gefallen, wir waren zufrieden. Würden es wieder riskieren.
Limehome, Citybox and similar fully digital concepts are possibly the future of hospitality. Iris is a new one so it deserves an lengthy review. Rooms are on the small side, especially the bathrooms, so it’s wise to book the largest option available. For the 'suite', the bathroom is hardly suitable for just one person. The room has a weird mix of both quality and sub-par items. But it is clean and fresh. Lack of shelves and clothe hangers is bothersome. So is the huge TV sticking out. It was a very nice stay in Athens. Very cosy and a somewhat luxurious apartment with a nice common space downstairs. It is 1 minute from Dimotiko Theatro metro station which is straight line going to the airport via the city center. It is around 25 minutes to Syntagma Square and 65-85 minutes to the airport (depends on the connecting airport train, anyway it was very convenient and easy to catch my flight). Clean, neat, comfortable room and facilities. Ice cold water was ready and tea bags were prepared. I stayed one night after exhausting flight. The building and room conditions were great I had some issue with the baggage locker code and I couldn’t take my bag when I supposed to leave. It was very close to miss a ferry but the staff helped me out very quickly through WhatsApp. I was a bit panic as no one responded on call . Basically everything is self-service (check in, out, luggage locker,etc) That could be beneficial but also could be disadvantage when it’s emergency
Very modern fully renovated building and rooms. I stayed here for 1 night arriving from the islands in order to catch a flight the day after. The check in is online and can be done a few days before. All the necessary codes were transmitted the day of the arrival and everything worked perfectly for me. The Suite was very clean and modern, fully equipped and water was provided. The bed was very comfy. I would definitely stay here again.
Do not stay here! We’ve been here for 2 hours outside the room because the code is not working. Tried their amazing AI chat box which last thing is does is help you. Called the help line and after talking with someone who has no idea what they are doing, we still can’t get in. Save yourself some dignity and if you see this, go somewhere where you can actually access your room. 0/5
