Do not move in. Terrible quality & management
DO NOT MOVE INTO ANY BUILDING OWNED BY THIS MANAGEMENT. They are actually one of the biggest scammers I’ve come across in this industry. Our unit’s AC has been off for 5 days straight. These guys promised us a 2 day power outage between 7AM to 3PM. Its been 5 days since then and we have had no AC with temperatures inside our unit reaching 29C (outside its 33C). The worst part is that they have not responded to any emails or calls made towards them. They lied to us by saying that our AC is at 50% capacity and should be able to get the temperature down to 20C-22C. Our house has never gone below…
The management allows contractors entering the unit without 24 hours notice or consent, and use the unit’s AC without residents’ consent. When left the unit, the AC and the door to the balcony were left on.
Like with all new buildings, the building has had its share of issues. Regardless, the property management team is responsive, informed and always does their best to help the tenants. You can really see they care about helping us. I've been living here for over a year and although its not perfect, generally things are great and the location is the best!

No air conditioning in heat wave more than 2 weeks, I was told no bylaws for cold system, only bylaws for heating system
