We just moved in January and truly LOVED the community, areas, and amenities. Staff has always been nice and welcoming. I will say it's currently March 7th, at 2:48 in the morning and the fire alarm will not stop. The building has SERIOUS fire alarm issues and will go off in the middle of the early morning and late night. Our flashing does not stop in our unit so it is really annoying when the beeping stopped but your entire apartment flashes for hours. We've been here 2 months and this is really affecting our lives.
This building has one of the worst management I have ever dealt with in my life. They barely communicate. They do not respect your time at all. So let me explain what happened. I came in to see the property, and I was told that I can have a month and a half for free they did not disclose that this period had to be divided up between the first six months and the second six months. Second of all, they told me that the first payment I had to do had to be a money order and I did forget about that so I did an online payment when I went to speak to property management I was told that the payment I…
The area is nice and well located, but unfortunately this complex has too many issues that seriously affect quality of life. I live in a windowless studio of about 410 sq ft, and I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve had to open my front door just to let air circulate because the air conditioning simply does NOT work properly. On top of that, the fire alarm has forced me out of my apartment more than five times, some of them in the middle of the night (I’m not exaggerating). Alexis was incredibly helpful in helping us find the apartment we were looking for. She was very patient and always enthusiastic throughout the process. Thanks to her support, we were able to quickly make the decision to move in. The apartment is wonderful, and the location is perfect, very close to downtown, which makes commuting to work super convenient. Highly recommend working with Alexis!

We are SO THANKFUL for the Julian Apartments and their hospitality and generosity in sponsoring our festival. They were so kind to let us use the lobby for our green room for performers and the apartment for our hosts. They kept everything clean and tidy in the lobby and staff was super welcoming. They took care of us well and it was a wonderful experience and we can't wait to partner again in the near future. Thank you Broc and team for your hard work in keeping Julian a great place to stay! Highly Recommend!
I have enjoyed the Julian, for the most part. There are great qualities like location, the gym, and the pool deck. You can walk to most of downtown and have food and coffee options right by you. Plus walking to sporting events is a win. We’ve gone under new ownership, which has been fine. No major wins or loses. However there are some issues as well that everyone should know before they sign. The fire alarm will go off multiple times during your lease and I don’t mean twice; I mean upwards of five. I wish someone had told me that before moving into The Julian Back in April, my partner and I thought we had found the right place. Instead, we walked into weeks of delays, paperwork redone twice because of management and platform changes, and the uneasy feeling that we didn’t really have a choice but to wait. You really cannot find any place more comfortable, convenient and affordable anywhere downtown than The Julian. One of the easiest renewals I’ve ever signed, the location is close to everything you want for downtown Orlando life. The community is clean and the staff is always helpful with any issue you might have. They are genuinely some of the friendliest members I’ve ever encountered at a property.
