  • The property management team is outstanding. Staff prioritize residents - shout out to leasing agent Kendra Sanders, maintenance is focused on operational efficiency, and the building is beautiful and very well maintained. Most of all, everyone is kind and professional. A slice of heaven!! 10++. HIghly recommend.
  • I would strongly caution anyone considering living here. From day one, basic cleanliness and sanitation have been a serious issue. There is a persistent stench of urine at multiple entrances and exits of the building, including common access points residents must use daily. This is not an occasional problem — it is chronic, foul, and routinely ignored. Hallways and shared areas are visibly neglected, poorly maintained, and rarely cleaned to a standard that would be considered acceptable for a residential building. The building itself is also badly designed. Getting in and out is unnecessarily…
  • The management and maintenance staff at Maitland City Centre are the best! They are prompt, professional, caring and efficient. Thank you for making MCC a wonderful place to live!
  • The staff is always changing and no one communicates with one another. I used to live here (thank God I moved away!!!!) and accidentally had an item sent here. They called us and said they would keep it until we picked it up. We called to be sure and a different person answered and we told her we would be by to pick it up the following week. She said she would be sure to send an email over to who initially called us. Personal things came up and we couldn’t make it. We called 3 times and left a voicemail as well as sent an email. Just found out they sent my package back to the sender. Simple…

  • This is the worst experience I've ever had. A few months before my lease ended I asked Courtney if I could get out of my lease a little early. She said it would cost me two months rent. I thought I had signed a 12 month lease. So I provided written notice that I would leave at the end of my 12 month period. Courtney said nothing to me. I moved out (and sure, bad on me that I didn't check to see how many months I'd signed for). But she had TWO months to inform me that I was breaking my lease. So I move out and within two weeks they sent me a bill for 2 months. 5 thousand dollars. Courtney had…
  • Poorly constructed building and they don’t care about residents here. This is the noisiest property I’ve ever lived in. They’re currently doing pavement refinishing at 10 PM tonight. I don’t know how they thought this was an appropriate idea. This will probably last all night. This past year living here has been horrible for my sleep health. I’m either wearing ear plugs or taking medication to help me sleep. Tonight it will be both. You would have to be an absolute fool to pay $1800+ a month to live here. This is not luxury. This is vinyl flooring and thin walls disguised as luxury by being…
  • Just signed 4th year lease. Love this place. The professional staff that keeps it running is THE BEST: professional, friendly, competent and get things DONE [Julian, Javier, Mario, Edwin, Vogni, Paul, Sanders and Valecia. Thank you.]. Francia is a highly skilled, friendly and efficient General Manager. The front Team are a true gift [Vanessa and Kendra]. You want something done...they are in it! All of the team want their residents to be happy with everything working smoothly. That's why I stay.
  • I have lived at this property for going on 4 years & while my experience started off pleasant I am at a point where I am very ready to move on due to a steady decrease in building & property management/maintenance. For starters there is a significant roofing/structural issue which has resulted in multiple leaks. This was first reported well over a year ago & has progressed over time due to lack of proper repair. The result is two minor ceiling collapses, flooding in the halls, sub floor rotting & water damage, none of which has been properly repaired. Now I am being told there is a structural…
