The whole facial process is rushed. This has been my go to facial spa but I think I'm switching to another clinic. My face still feels rough

The front desk staff was professional and welcoming, probably the only good part of my visit. Unfortunately, one of the other staff members was rude and seemed irritated when I asked a simple question about the slippers. She responded with an attitude and was hard to understand with her mask on. The facial itself felt rushed, like they just wanted to finish quickly. Overall, not a relaxing experience and I won’t be returning.

I just noticed the generally bad reviews now. As a guy, I only have facials maybe 1x or 2x a year... Like teeth cleaning Hahaha I've tried services from P500 range to the P3000 range. You get what you pay for. The signature facial is on the affordable side at p650. They begin by cleaning your face. Then go for a deep rough scrub that leaves your skin raw. Then they apply a lotion that causes a slight irritation which the therapist assured me will go away. Steam your face and start rough extraction (again maybe I had lots to extract). My experience at Kevlo Skin Clinic's SM City branch was deeply disappointing. Their signature facial felt rushed and lacked the thoroughness I expected. The treatment primarily involved applying creams and a cursory vacuum treatment that failed to remove even the small whiteheads. These bumps should have been extracted, but were not. Ultimately, it was a waste of both time and money.

Had warts removal service here twice(face - may, and neck - May 2024). The staffs are nice and polite. The aesthetician who performed the service I availed is very friendly, they are very empathetic of the pain that this procedure is causing me, so they would stop once in a while even though I wasn’t complaining (coz I have high pain tolerance). For some cons, the numbing cream they put on you has no effect on the pain. Also, the price they advertise doesn’t included the “mandatory” cream that you need to buy after the procedure. Had skin tag removal with my family at Kevlo sm city cebu. You can feel the full effect of your skin being cauterised because their numbing cream doesn’t work. All 4 of us who went felt the same thing. My mom had to stop hers because she couldn’t take the pain anymore. We had skin tag removal in another clinic before and it wasn’t as painful as what we had experienced with Kevlo.

Instead of getting nicer skin as the business promises, my face got burned instead. If you complain, you won't get compensation for the safety of its customers. I have not received a receipt after purchasing their skin starter kit. This business establishmebt does not deserve the best value facial award. Very misleading.
