The Grounds and apartments were spotless, well-maintained and beautiful. Cameron was incredibly helpful, patient and provided all the details I needed. Their professionalism and friendliness made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable!

Great amenities, garages, and proximity to Houston add appeal, and staff are often praised. Some renters note occasional cleanliness or maintenance issues, but overall it’s a comfortable, well‑equipped place to live.
Millie and Lili were amazing to work with. We moved across the country and they were both quick to respond and always followed through with what they said. The property is very well kept and the maintenance team is courteous. With all the stress that comes with moving, the team here was very supportive and helped make the transition seemless. We could not have asked for a better place to live.
I have been deciding where to stay for months now. I first came in and Cameron introduced his self and gave me a tour of the property. I then came back 3 more times because I fell in love with everything this complex had to offer and the location. I finally made my decision and decided to move in. The experience was phenomenal all the way. It took no time for everything to get approve and I pick up my keys. I am happy I made the decision. Also the staff was nothing put amazing, professional, and patient. I know I am going to enjoy my new place😊

STATE OF THE ART. Lenox at the Grid has not failed to impress me. Unlike other complexes, Lenox provides exceptional customer service, amenities, and perks within the unit itself. Cameron and Lilli are the agents who assisted me with a smooth transition, and they are the best agents in the business. If you need an answer for something, they will respond as quickly as possible. Aside from service, the property itself was breathtaking. I had to double check to see if I was at an apartment complex or a five-star hotel. I really enjoy living here. The people who work at the complex make all the difference — Cameron, Lili, and Millie are always so friendly and helpful. They genuinely care, and it shows in the way they treat the residents. The property itself is always kept super clean, which I appreciate a lot. The amenities are great too — having two pools, a gym, and BBQ areas makes it easy to relax or hang out with friends without having to go far. The apartment itself feels like luxury!
I’ve had a great experience leasing a townhome at Lenox. I’ve primarily worked with Cameron, who has been absolutely helpful, professional, and pleasant. The rest of the leasing team has been great as well. I appreciate their effort in facilitating my move. So far, it’s been an enjoyable and peaceful stay.
I’ve lived here for months with no issues and now that there are more tenants the hygiene is quickly going down hill. I’m constantly finding roaches in my apartment, they’re in the elevator lobbies, near the leasing office. This is the fourth time I’m putting in service for my apartment for this issue in the past month and half or so. Update - I’ve been seeing them since April and they are only getting bigger and bigger as time goes on. There’s constantly trash in the hallway, and half eaten food left in the garage and trash room floors despite me voicing my concerns on the issue
