Best ever place to live !
Very good units
New estate getting bilt often deliver paint n render to this sight
The Christmas community party was so disappointing as it was meant to be opened until 7 pm (arrived way before 6:30 ) nothing was available & not to mention not feeling so unwelcome . Was really looking forward to this as we just moved in & to be honest never again .

The construction quality is of a high standard; not the extreme highest, as they are making a mass market product that is affordable for the mass market.
Excellent development by a high quality builder in a very good location- as close as you can get to the train station & mall. Value went up 10% from 2020-2022 (very good return for an apartment) while other Schofields apartments in bad locations are same value or even depreciated (kew schofields, Rebecca st, Marwan ave, Bingham st)
Very good quality but ALand as a builder is very strict with their policies and will not bend much to your need, but also at the end of the day you are getting better quality product and good quality unit, wish they started building town houses
Excellent quality, and the best investment potential at present.
