My son recently signed his lease here, and I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Tracee. We absolutely LOVE Tracee!!! She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and communicative. She took her time with me and made sure to show every floor plan I was interested in without rushing the process. The property itself is beautiful — very clean, well-maintained, and impressively quiet! The floor plans are spacious and versatile, perfect for any lifestyle. I 10/10 recommend checking this property out — and definitely ask for Tracee. You won’t be disappointed!
I toured a one-bedroom apartment today and had such a great experience. Tracy was absolutely wonderful! She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. The property itself is very clean, quiet, and located in a nice residential area, which made it feel peaceful and well-kept. I had an amazing experience at the Ascend at Forum Apartment Complex. I initially visited with a friend who was finishing up his documentation to move into his new apartment. During that visit, I had the pleasure of meeting the Assistant property manager, Tracee and that interaction truly made all the difference.
