My experience living at Wilkinson Apartments was generally satisfactory. The unit was extremely small for the price, but it was functional, and the building itself was well-maintained during my stay. What left a bad impression, however was my experience after moving out. I returned the unit/keys nearly a week early in pristine condition and settled my account in full. Over a year later, I received an email from someone named Mauro threatening to send my file to collections - all over $20. The building is new but the apartments are very tiny. The heating doesn’t work very well, and you will have to pay $80-$150/month for hot water on top of your Hydro bill. Service and management are probably the worst. The building manager Thomas is lazy, rude, irresponsible, unhelpful, and unprofessional. It will take you many tries until he finally replies to you or comes to fix issues in the unit. His email interaction is unhelpful at best and outright unprofessional and rude most of the time. Living at the Wilkinson for the past two months has been fantastic. The residents in the building are friendly and approachable, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The building is well-maintained, with clean and attractive common areas. Thomas, the building manager, is consistently prompt and helpful in addressing any concerns. The communication system through an online portal is well-organized, keeping residents informed about important updates. Thomas has been very helpful since the day we moved in. He is punctual and quick to respond to any of our questions. Recently we had a small thing that needed to be fixed in our kitchen and he was thorough in sending someone over to resolve that. Overall, living in the Wilkinson has been wonderful so far! Building is well managed by the team.

I have recently moved into Wilkinson. So far, I have had an amazing experience. Management has been great to work with, timely and kind. The building is clean, well designed and has great amenities. I would highly recommend!
Recently moved into an apartment at the Wilkinson, so far it’s been a wonderful experience. Thomas is awesome and responds promptly to emails and deals with requests in a very timely matter. Could not be happier about the communication and efficiency. The apartment itself is beautiful with amazing views and lots of natural light. It’s well designed and tons of storage space within the unit. The location is also incredible, very close to local restaurants, breweries, grocery stores, transit, and of course the beautiful seawall. Enjoying my stay at the Wilkinson Condo. Fair price for the location and the finishing is great. Everything works well. I had one issue with my washing machine but it was fixed the next day. Thomas and the property management team is great. Pet friendly building with a amazing roof top patio available for bookings. The gym gets the job done. Overall happy with my stay.
Wanted to share my experience at 1715 Cook, been here a year...time flies.... and we are loving the neighborhood. Building well built... being on third floor, very little noise. Good equipped gym. Dog wash facilities for the pup and started using the roof as Vancouver getting better, with fantastic views of city!! Highly recommend this building.... and Management Co has been great to work with. Thank you
