I’ve been coming to this place for years, but honestly, what’s been happening over the past year is unacceptable. The parking situation is a complete disaster. How does a place with this many cafes and seats have barely any proper parking? It makes absolutely no sense. And the parking spaces that are blocked off are EMPTY 24/7. I personally know a resident there who confirmed that even residents aren’t allowed to park outside for more than three hours. So why on earth are those spaces not opened for visitors? At 1:40 a.m. on a Tuesday, there was continuous and extremely loud noise from metal cutting and hammering, making it impossible for residents to rest. This is not an isolated incident. Similar disturbances have occurred on multiple occasions, but carrying out this type of work at such an hour makes absolutely no sense. This is a residential area, and this level of noise late at night seriously affects residents’ sleep, wellbeing, and quality of life. Extremely poor experience due to significant and ongoing construction delays. As a result of further delays beyond what was agreed (nearly 2 years), I formally requested a refund in line with the contract. Despite this, I have now been waiting over four months for the refund cheque to be issued. Highly recommended! Al Mamsha is easily one of the coolest spots in Sharjah to hang out or call home. Being a totally car-free community makes a huge difference, you can actually enjoy walking or cycling everywhere without dealing with traffic, which is such a vibe. I’ve been living here for almost a full year, and in my very last month this happens. The apartment above mine has been doing extremely loud construction to change the ceiling/casing, and the noise is unbearable.
