We toured Alexander Crossing and were very excited and happy to see the apartment. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and the layout felt comfortable. Skyler was great friendly, helpful, and made the tour enjoyable. We are looking forward to the next step in our application process..
This review is long over due! Alexander Crossing is a great place to live with standout amenities. The pool is always well maintained, the game room is a fun bonus, and the gym is well fitted with everything you need for solid workouts. I lived at Alexander Crossing from January 2023 through November 2025, and throughout that entire time the experience was consistently positive. The location is another major plus — it’s right on the water and conveniently close to the MTA Metro-North, making commuting easy while still enjoying a scenic, peaceful setting. I’ve been here six months and love it so far! The staff are great - super attentive and responsive. The grounds and building are beautifully kept and well-maintained. The staff are always hosting events for residents with catered food and fun activities. The building feels very safe and they have a great system for packages. The amenities are top notch (amazing gym, pool, game room, etc). Folks who live here are really nice and everyone says hi to each other. So glad I signed a two year lease and really happy I moved here!
The matnience manager Dimetre is always so kind and quick with his work on our unit. Himself or one of his team members always arrives promptly and well prepared to handle any maintenance issues we come across.

First things first, I've been living at Alexander Crossing for over a year now. What started off so pleasant has gradually gone downhill. This place has become very GHETTO with the help of property manager Sean and lease agent abdul. As of lately, I have been woken up on several occasions by loud music in the court yard especially near the pool. The leasing office send out notices stating rules but never inforce them. I have been living here for more than a year and I had been waiting to write my review. Here is my complete honest review about Alexander Crossing. I want to take this moment to thank Mel, Abdul & Kayla for their incredible service in assuring we had a home waiting for us, In May of 2024 we started our search for our new home, I called Alexander Crossings not knowing that our dream home was waiting for us. They were able to get the apartment ready for move-in, way before the actual move-in date; mind you we’re the first tenants to ever live in this apartment. Michael and Abdul provided exceptional service during our recent apartment search. They were attentive, professional, and incredibly helpful in finding us the perfect place. The brand new apartments they showed us were impressive in every way, from the modern amenities to the beautiful interior design. Plus, the location is unbeatable with its convenience to shops and transportation- it's right in the heart of everything we need with stunning views of Hudson from the apartment.
