The apartment and location are nice enough but the staff is definitely not easy to work with. Our leasing agent offered incentives that management did not follow through with. Due to our inconvenience a 500$ gift card was promised yet when we asked to have it we were told to wait at least 30 days. It seems they will say anything to get you to sign the lease and then when it comes time to move in there's new issues that arise. Would not recommend due to inconsistent information. The leasing agent and management are never on the same page and Cindy offered compensation due to the presented…
Constant non-stop 'maintenance' harassment... Almost every month they need to enter your home for something... can't change your own air filters apparently they need to do it at wtvr day and time they feel like... now they need to vacuum your dryer lint which is something I've never seen before at any other unit. No gloves no booties just dragging their filthy equipment all over my apt handling private toiletries like they live here, total disrespect for tenant property. When asked about the mess and filth the genius starts scraping the floor with a blade like oh yeah that'll totally clean…
First and foremost we want to give a special thank you to NICOLE and CHRISTINE for their excellent customer service! Both of these ladies were extremely helpful and supportive during our touring and application phase going the extra mile to ensure that we found the PERFECT unit. On separate occasions they showed us everything they had available and made the whole process easier. Our experience was amazing. Thank you guys!
Absolutely unacceptable experience. My packages constantly go missing at Mira Delray Beach, and today was the final straw. I received a delivery notification with a photo confirming my package was delivered, yet when I went to the office it was nowhere to be found. The manager, Cindy, initially came out to help me look, but after barely checking, she told me she couldn’t really continue because she “had somewhere to be.” Meanwhile, the office was a complete mess, with packages scattered everywhere, and the managers were drinking wine during work hours. This is not the first time this has…

Nicole Frias and Nick Guiramareis have helped me with all of my maintenance issues. The building is well managed and staff are quite helpful. I enjoy living at Mira a lot.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I pay 3,000$ a month to live here. My license was suspended and because I can’t register my car through the state they towed my vehicle and told me I am not allowed to park on the property. The lack of empathy and assistance is absolutely infuriating. If I could leave this place immediately I absolutely would. NEVER live here if you value your peace, time, and money.
I have had a few hiccups here and there, but the staff has been on top of it to fix the things that needed to be fixed and always with a smile. I also enjoy all of the ammenities and how much the community offers to it's residents. Everyone that lives here is nice and very dog friendly as well.
We had an amazing experience working with Nicole during our lease signing process. She guided us through every step, making what could have been a stressful process feel seamless and even exciting. Nicole went above and beyond to ensure all of our questions were answered, her attention to detail and genuine care for our needs truly stood out. You can tell she genuinely wants the best for the people she helps. We’re very grateful for Nicole’s support—she made this experience not just smooth, but truly enjoyable. Thanks so much Nicole!
