paying so much for rent and the outlets in the kitchen do not work. have to move appliances onto the FLOOR to use the outlets since those are the only ones that work. fridge is also broken. it has only been 3 weeks paying $1500 a month. TERRIBLE. maintenance says it’s fixed but it is not. DO NOT LIVE HERE update: it has been 3 whole days with no working fridge HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS OF FOOD ROTTEN no maintenance help even though we have called and texted the leasing team. we had to take matters into our own hands and temporarily fix the fridge using an extension cord. for $1500 a month i would…
I’ve had an excellent experience living at Rambler. The team is professional and communicative, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the property is kept very clean. The amenities and location make daily life easy and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend Rambler to anyone looking for a well managed community.
I don’t usually leave comments or reviews on these types of things but I feel like this review must be left . I am transferring to Georgia tech fairly soon and have been looking around for some housing . Considering that I’m new to Atl I just want to put some feelers out there on a nice environment that promotes my studying and work habits . I’ve looked all over from “whistler” to “hub” and “the mark”. But the rambler just does it for me. I wanted to get a bit of a look before I made any decisions and my tour guide KaMya was so helpful . I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The front desk staff is genuinely awesome and the negative reviews really don’t match what I’ve seen. The building is brand new, the amenities are solid, and everything feels well-run. Maintenance has been fast and super communicative whenever I’ve needed anything. You can tell they actually care about fixing issues, not just closing the tickets. I also want to shout out Samhita at the front desk. She’s super kind and clearly cares about the property and the residents.

I love living here. The building is great and has great views of midtown and relative closeness to GT campus. The staff is very helpful for any issues that might come up from the facility to issues in my unit. Prince helped a lot as well.
the front desk staff is really great. I toured here with my little brother who is coming to school near here in January. Not sure why this place has all of the bad reviews. It's brand new and has killer amenities. Maintenance is really quick and super communicative (I was there while they were addressing an issue and eavesdropped lol). The front desk was really helpful and even took us to the Daydreamer place for a free coffee while we waited. We will be signing here!
Rambler lost both of my mails. I asked leasing office three times, no one knows anything. Lost my new credit card and a mail very dear to me. Losing a mail might not mean much to ppl but it means the world to me. I won’t be recommending this place to anyone
Just moved our son in to the Rambler. They did all the heavy lifting for us! The building is brand new and gorgeous. The staff was very helpful. Great place.
