We have lived in Dubai for almost 3 years and I can truly says that Luma22 has been the best place for us in every way possible. What we enjoyed: - Finishing of the flat - Tall sealing made one bed flat feel spacious - Closet space perfect for 2 people - Nice hotel style pool (there is a separate section for women) - Nice equipped gym We lived in flat G77 which is a corner unit right next to the parking. I can say that this building is one of the best designed in the area. It has only four floors and an internal courtyard for the exclusive use of residents, with a small gym attached! The cleanliness of the common areas is unparalleled (kudos to all the cleaning staff who work daily to make the experience truly enjoyable) and the reception staff are friendly (especially Junaid security guard). The apartments are well designed with good layouts. Very nice community vibe, two pools, two gyms, totally secure, advanced tech and in general the building is very good quality.
We really like Luma 22, we've been living here for a year and are only leaving due to our own circumstances, otherwise we would stay here! The amenities are great, swimming pool feels like a hotel (although now the building is more full it can get quite busy) and it's nice that they have a garden area. I've seen other reviews say that it's noisy, but personally we haven't had any issues with the noise - it's an apartment so we expect to hear a bit from our neighbours but it's better than other buildings we've been to. We were thinking to buy an apartment in Luma 22, after our experience living here, I’m glad we didn’t. We are so lucky. 1) We have loud neighbors who go to sleep at 7am each night. We can’t sleep normally for 9 months now. Sleepless nights affect our health. We make complains to security and management, they contact the landlord, and nothing improves. Two weeks ago we were contacted about panel installment on the walls, a good step from the company. I don't think it will help, as we can hear the neighbors even with white noise on all of the time, so probably installment will have the same…
