I applied in January with very honest documents that they asked me and also putting 2 deposits the first 3 days from the day I visited, I been rushed from Toni their assistan to sign most of the paper without reading, surprise after surprise about the documents that been asked over and over after I did everything in my hand, then told that editor will be working on it and he still asking me for things I can't even provide because I don't have it… delayed my process and they knew that I needed the apartment for me and my son, another surprise he said it will take more than 3 weeks to get back…

Recently moved to this beautiful brand new community and I couldn’t be happier! The office staff have always been so helpful and friendly I feel like Dalila and Nydia are already family! The apartments are beautiful and spacious with everything new there’s nothing to complain about! Very thankful I found this development, can’t wait to watch this community grow!
Damaris provided exceptional service! She was friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Had to be there until 2 AM and the staff even went above in getting us pizza because we were in line to register for an apartment. Truly a standout company and amazing employees.

I can't say enough about the exceptional customer service I received at this property, especially from Dulce. Opening day was incredibly stressful and challenging, but Dulce and the team went above and beyond to ensure everyone was taken care of. Despite the long hours, with people still being helped well past midnight (I left at 1 am!), they never lost their energy or dedication. They even took the time to make sure we were fed, which was such a thoughtful touch during such a hectic time. Kudos to Dulce and the entire team for their hard work and commitment to making sure every guest was…
My experience was great! The facility is clean and spacious and still expanding. The apartments are bigger than the average similar prices' apartments in Miami and the price is accessible. Employees were attentive answering my questions, even with the high work's volume that day. Highly recommended if you need a spacious affordable place in the area.
I recently visited Tropical Pointe looking for an apartment and was impressed by the outstanding customer service. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure I had a great experience. They were patient, helpful, and made me feel valued from the moment I walked in. It's rare to find such a welcoming and dedicated team. The place is beautiful.
I loved my experience here! Everyone in the office staff is super friendly, and Dulce went above and beyond to help us get our apartment. The whole team stayed until 3:00 in the MORNING helping myself and multiple other people in the office with their application, any other property would've locked the doors and asked everyone to leave by 6 pm and come back the next day, but they refused to leave until every person who came to them was helped. The customer service was amazing, they even served food and made sure that everyone ate, I've never felt so taken care of and I could tell that they…
