266W96 offers solid living experience with well maintained apartments, lobby, and amazing amenities! The storage options for bikes are such an addition to convenience. And the gym? It’s super clean and well equipped for everyday use. Not to mention the huge TV in amenities for watching Formula 1. 😊. The location is spot on as well, easy access to subway and buses. I LOVE living here! I found it randomly right before it filled up and I'm so lucky! The location is perfect, and the best part is the doormen. All of them are kind and professional and make walking in feel like coming home even at 2 AM. Special shoutout to Kevin who noticed I had left and kept my grocery delivery safe until I came back later!
The doormen and staff Kevin, David, Raj, Rafael, Andre, Donald, Richie are absolutely fantastic. The building is great, and they are always willing to help. Especial thanks to Kevin, David and Rafael, their presence truly sets this building apart and makes you feel like home.
Couldn’t be a better experience to stay hear for one year! It was my first place in New York and the friendly staff like Kevin, Donald, and Raphael made me feel like home as always. Special shoutouts to Kevin and Donald for being warm and kind, seeing their smile when arriving home was always a refreshing moment:)) The apartment itself has a wonderful location and friendly neighborhood, with everything you need for living within walking distance! Will definitely miss the neighborhood and the staff there!

We lived at the apartment for one year, and were lucky to have Kevin as our doorman for most nights. He is a wonderful person and really made us feel at home!
Couldn't be happier to have lived year over the past year. Everything from the location, the exceptionally maintained building, amenities, and especially the staff made living year a positive experience. Big shoutout to Kevin, Raj, Donald, David, Andre, Richie, and Raphael for making this building run as well as it does and for always making it welcoming when coming into the building. Kevin deserves some extra praise for always keeping the vibes high and I looked forward to our conversations every time I walked in. Amazing place, highly recommend!

We’ve happily settled in to this new building largely thanks to the doormen and staff Kevin, Raj, Andre, David, Donald, Richie and Raphael. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful. If our dogs could write this review they would add an extra star for Kevin for always having the treats and warm smile! Staff has generally been great and the building is clean and well maintained. Waiting for the grill to open to make more use of the amenities. Construction nearby and busy roads but excellent sound insulation. Building is mix of families, couples, singles and students. Recommend!
