Amazing stay! The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. The building was quiet and the location was convenient. Communication was smooth and easy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
I have been a long term tenant here and absolutely love living in this tower. The amenities are excellent, and the direct access to the corniche is a wonderful bonus. Truly feels like home, very satisfied with my experience.
Beware of the security people at the reception. We left an item while checking out and informed them right after. At night when we went there to collect the thing, reception people simply deny about anything. They said they know nothing about it. We told them to contact the responsible person, they said nobody available there to contact. We said, at least ask the housekeeping person. They said, housekeeping is done third party and they don’t have contact of those person. Simply, they just thought, if they don’t cooperate and there is no other way to verify, we will just leave. DO NOT BOOK FROM THIS COMPAGNY !!!! Description of appartement are completly fake !! The appartement is not at all same as the pictures and compagny do not want cancel the reservation !! it's very very poor appartement very small !!!

If your host wasen't good, that doesn't define the building and it's management. The building and the management is top notch, one of the best in Dubai Business Bay area, and I love living here!
We had a great stay at Kasco Tower! The location is excellent — very close to the Burj Khalifa. We could see both the Burj Khalifa and the canal directly from our room, which made the view truly special. The room and the building were very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Cleaning service was available on request, which was convenient. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to stay and offers great value for money. Highly recommended!
HORRIBLE EVERYTHING ! We booked for 5 nights but left after one horrible night and a whole day - The bed mattress is the worst you can expect, the towels so old and poor quality, the shower had very low water pressure and to finalize our horrible stay, we were locked 🔐 in due to poor quality lock that wouldn’t open. It took maintenance 2 hrs of banging to break the lock and they ruined our plans that evening in having RAMADAN IFTAR out ! Moreover, we missed an important event in AD ! The manager was so cold in her reply we were still locked in, fasting and our food is outside the door they…
What a beautiful apartment we had ! The service guest is perfect, the location too ! For a very good price in Dubai, with free underground parking. The only little thing that could be better is the water pression, we were at the 17th floor, and it was a little bit low. But 5 stars anyway !
