I moved in on August 31st after contacting Stacey for a viewing on August 29th. Even with less than 24 hours notice, she arranged for an easy and effortless move. Despite a busy end of the month schedule with tenants moving in and out, her responses were always prompt and her delivery was always flexible. Her service was nothing short from professional. A viewing, arranging for document completion, cleaning and painting of the property, hvac/fixture repairs were all complete between Friday and Saturday morning. Absolutely impressive. Not a fan of the mis-leading pictures on RentFaster. They show you only 2-bedroom pîcs and when you go and look at a 1-bedroom its basically a closest with a bathroom. Wasted our time and their showing agents.
I’d like to express my appreciation for Victor Kalika, the new assistant manager at One6 in Calgary. Since starting his position, he has been incredibly helpful and kind to both my family and me. His dedication and warm demeanor have made a real difference, and I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge his service. Thank you!
This is one of the best leasing experience I’ve ever had. Building itself is an all-arounder. Thanks Anne and Jemma for making this happen for us so easily. We all look forward to the great next couple of years we’re gonna spend together! Cheers ;)

After living here for the past 6 years, I have nothing but good things to say about this place, especially about Jemma (the landlord/propriety manager). She has been nothing but exceptional; her prompt response time and great communication has consistently shown how much she cares about her tenants throughout the years. She is trustworthy and reliable, and always takes tenant’s concerns seriously and responds to them efficiently; in fact, she has greatly increased the building’s security measures, which has made us feel safer in an increasingly busy area.
I have been living at One6 Residential for almost a year. Jemma and Stenellie the property managers and Luis the maintenance person are all very helpful and accommodating. They response quickly to my concerns and repair request. What I like about One6 is it's location, it's very close to SAIT, North Hill Centre and Lions Park station. They also have installed new CCTVs so that police can easily monitor if there are homeless around the vicinity.
My husband and I have experienced the best residential support services from Stenellie, Jemma and Luis. They are really friendly and helpful. We had a problem with our in suite washer a few months ago and it was immediately addressed. It's a really great place with really great people. Thank you and keep up the good work!
I loved the building when I moved in but since management or the rental company changed & in person classes resumed at SAIT it’s changed a lot. If you are a student this building would be great but if you’re older- stay away! The other reviews speak for themselves but I just wanted to add my experience so others can make an informed decision about this building. -The roof top patio is gorgeous but almost every time I went there last summer there was garbage and empty cans everywhere. The fire pits and bbqs are all broken or do not have any fuel to use them. -For most of my time there it was a…
