Living here makes me feel very comfortable and happy. Everyone is very warm-hearted. I'm glad that the color of my rabbit also matches the environment here very well. I will recommend all my friends to live here and enjoy the time together!

When I tell you this place is nothing but amazing! I am honored to call this place home. Let’s start with Sora Brian and Malik makes this building feel like you want to be apart of it. They go above and beyond for their tenants and they really believe in the power of BUILDING COMMUNITY. Figuerora is so lucky to have them. They are one of the reasons I keep my membership!!! Also they have really good events . Brunch, comedy shows, live music, private jacuzzi & cold plunge, bar lounge and a bartender.. what a plus!!! ALSO THE FITNESS DIRECTOR DUSTIN IS THE BEST, I AM GOING TO MISS WORKING OUT…
I’ve had a great experience living at Fig & Eight. I moved in when the building first opened in January 2024, and it’s been nice watching the community grow as more residents settle in. The amenities are well-maintained, and the building has been consistently comfortable to live in. One of my favorite features is the Italian gas stove — it genuinely elevates everyday cooking. The lifestyle team here has also been consistently responsive and helpful; they handle issues quickly and professionally, which I really appreciate.

I’d like to give a huge shout-out to Daniel. He has been exceptionally responsible and helpful throughout the entire process. He answered all of our detailed questions, replied incredibly quickly, and kept in close contact with me from scheduling the tour to getting my application approved — all within just three days. Daniel communicated with us multiple times to make sure everything was clear. During my first tour, I forgot to check the specific unit I wanted to apply for. DANIEL thank you for everything that you do! I did a tour with Daniel recently was very impressed. I applied very late near closing time, he did everything to help me make sure I had what I needed and kept me updated on everything. I appreciate you for answering all my questions so fast and your guidance in this process. I have toured most apartments in DTLA but Daniel is truly the BEST. I would recommend him to anyone, as he provides best and fast service. Fast forward to now I have officially move in!!
I visited Figueroa Eight Apartments yesterday, and I just want to say a huge thank you! The leasing agent Ms Linda was absolutely wonderful — she explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and gave me a great tour of the building. I really loved her positive energy and how genuinely passionate she is about her work. The apartments and amenities are beautiful, and her professionalism and kindness made the whole experience so enjoyable. Thank you so much for showing me around!
One of the best apartment called Figueroa Eight! Why? Because the plcae got so many benefits when you rent here, such as gym place, golf simulation, play station room, swimming pool , free.for valet (becos there is parkomg charge amount $250/month) When you have packages delivery, the will send it straight to your room. The room have balcony and quite big for the bathroom, kitchen, big fridge. The rent price $ 3.850/month but its so luxury! Across the street have mall with H&M, nordstorm, Target, gold gym, more of shopping shop!!
