I did a mobile order and when I get in the store to pick it up the “manager” Samantha told me that I was not able to get my product or a refund. I ask her if I could pay the difference for another product and the answer was not. She was really rude. I don’t like complain about customer service workers because I know how hard it could be but this person is really not prepared to deal with people I ask her for the corporate number and they were really helpful and explained me that she actually have other ways to deal with this type of situations that are not tell customers that they are not…
I just bought two steak sandwich and this is what I got from them. I don’t recommend going here.
I have been to this Wawa multiple times and have never had an issue with anybody there until 02/06/26. I have Ulcerative Colitis and had a bathroom emergency- the cleaning lady was cleaning the female restrooms and I knocked multiple times while clutching myself in pain and to no response- in urgent need and with the push of a stranger telling me "just use the male's restroom" I had to shamefully go in. I did not enter until I shouted inside and made sure the actual bathroom and stalls itself were clear. Not even 2 seconds later, after ive finally sat myself on the toilet- the cleaning lady…
Typical Wawa on the outside, horrendous services and mid food in the inside. Always push the Wawa reward card but never has the physical red card in stock to provide you the on hand perks so you are pushed to download the app. Deli has mediocre services and items are consistently out of stock or not ready even though item is placeable in orders. I would come here daily but after today's "Nail in the coffin" service, never coming back. Not great service in the slightest. And the food service is abysmal at best. Love this Wawa but for the longest time the air hoses haven't been working. I end up with less air than I started with. Please put a sign that they don't work! Other than that, the employeesare friendly, service is great , and food is delicious!
Gas always high in Miami they got free air tho and the bathroom is locked
I ordered a hoagie on my way but the lady prepared it on her way she added tomato she didn’t add cheese and instead of a hinged of cucumber she added tones of lettuce that I dint like plus tones of spinach. Taste was awful. I couldn’t eat it couldn’t come back to make a formal claim. For those who use the bathroom these are locked inside the unit.you need to let them know so someone come to unlock it for you. This place opened on August 17, 2023. The 29 bus has discontinued so to get there you have to take the Hialeah bus (Flamingo) to W 29 St and W 12 Ave. You then walk west four blocks to W 16 Ave.
