I toured the Regency Parc preview and was genuinely impressed. Even though it’s still under construction, the vision is clear—this place is going to be stunning. The layouts feel thoughtfully designed, and the finishes they’re planning are top-tier. What really stood out was the attention to wellness and privacy; it’s not just luxury for show, it’s built for how people actually live. I’m seriously considering it once it opens. Coral Gables needed this added tier of luxury product that will certainly it become a new icon for the City.
Regency Parc is stunning! The design is modern yet elegant, and the location couldn’t be better—right at the entrance of Coral Gables. The amenities and privacy they offer really set it apart from anything else in the area. Definitely an exciting addition to the neighborhood!
Regency Parc has vision and potential. This will also have wonderful amenities and superb location…a win win!
My husband and I have been searching for months for something in Coral Gables that truly felt like elevated city living—top-tier finishes, ultra-luxury amenities, and real security, all in the heart of it all—and nothing quite hit the mark until we discovered Regency Parc. Even in its early stages, it’s clear this is the kind of thoughtfully designed, high-end experience we’ve been holding out for. We’ll definitely be scheduling a follow-up tour; this feels like the one.

This project could not be in a better spot. Wonderful addition to the Gables. Can’t wait to see the great things it will attract!
Truly stunning project with world class amenities and an incredible location right in the center of Coral Gables.
Regency Parc is truly impressive! Excited to see what’s ahead for this community.
Nice building. But they do not have a website. Is this an upcoming rental community? This google link does not link to anything real.
