Been here 2 months now and the staff are all exceptionally nice! Christian in the leasing office is awesome! We love the text updates and events hosted! We had put a service request in and Robert was quick to help, he even passes out dog treats if you are out walking your pups! Shows they care about everyone in the community!
Christian, the Senior Leasing Specialist, has been absolutely wonderful to work with. From the very beginning, he has been extremely attentive and compassionate. You can truly tell that he loves what he does and genuinely cares about the residents. He is always friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Anytime I have had a question, he has taken the time to explain things clearly and make sure everything is taken care of. I don’t live here personally but my friend does. Honestly I had no idea these were rentals, they’re so nice! The interiors are amazing and spacious, and the grounds are beautiful and well kept. I spoke with the maintenance manager Ricky who really seemed to care about the property and the residents there. I’ve never experienced a maintenance manager willing to take a few minutes out of their day to talk about all the great things about the property. Props to Ricky and you may have just made a new resident out of me!
Robert did an excellent job repairing all items in a timely and efficient manner. He was professional, reliable, and made sure everything was working perfectly before finishing.

Chelsea was wonderful during our tour of The Hillburn. She was professional, informative, and genuinely kind, and made the entire experience feel easy and comfortable. She really helped us feel confident in our decision.
Our experience with Christian was beyond stellar! His response time, knowledge of property, culture, timelines and overall helpfulness were impeccable! We never, not once felt like another number being pushed through a mill. Our experience was extremely intentional and personal. Thank you very much, Mark-Taylor Properties, The Hillburn and Christian for a fabulous visit and we look forward to moving into our new home! You simply cannot go wrong with living on a Mark-Taylor property!
Christain was very personable and gave us a tour of the two bedroom home - even though we didn't have an appointment. He was very informative regarding availability, amenities, pricing and etc. We appreciated the time he spent with us.

Ricky has been an incredible help to us always responsive, professional, and thorough. Anytime an issue has come up with our home, he’s handled it quickly and effectively, which has given us real peace of mind. It’s clear he truly cares about the homeowners and takes pride in making sure everything is taken care of. We’re very grateful for his support and dedication.
