Awesome retail spot with an Amazing gym , salon, banks etc. Also cool outdoor movie theater on the roof.
Great place to see on a walk that stair case is light one to the upper room...it's a parking garage I think saw it from outside.
They could use some industrial fans blowing because the humidity was not pleasant. Atmosphere was great and seating was comfortable. Went with the family.
Rooftop dog-friendly viewing of Ratatouille- so much fun! We will definitely go to another one of these events. Fun date night, and the pup loved it, too!

I love the e atmosphere and the comfort. The drinks were 10/10. I will definitely be back soon and try out more drinks and other food.
The set up was amazing and if you’ve ever been to a drive in theater, it definitely gave those nostalgic vibes.
The atmosphere was relaxing and the decor was perfect for any movie lover. The sound quality of the headphones was excellent and really enhanced the viewing experience of one of my favorite movies (Parasite). I will definitely come back when in Miami again!
The 1212 Lincoln garage and adjoining hotel project are under constant construction, and you are likely to be greeted by a front end loader carrying a huge dumpster, and you’ll come back to your car covered with construction debris and dirt. Do not park at 1212 Lincoln Garage.
