Nice clean neighborhoods and friendly neighbors, low crime or no crime at all
I haven't lived in the LA Collina community for a while now. But I want to give West Bay some recognition. I have had some experience with a few different builders now, but West Bay was by far the most professional and best experience we have had with a builder.
Housing subdivision, beautiful homes.
You have heard it before, Location, Location, Location! This is a great location with 3 exits depending on which direction you need to go. Watch out for heavy police patrol inside this gated community and the speed bumps are killer. The amenities really should have been bigger and better given the size and price of the homes.

Nice
Gated community , New House's.
Great community with friendly neighbors. Only complaint is power infrastructure is in need of updating. Constant power outages.
