I had a very disappointing experience with Luxe Signature, the agency managing both Nicolas Residence and Empire Residence. I initially stayed five days at Nicolas Residence, where the issues were so numerous that I had to involve a lawyer just to be moved to another apartment. I was then relocated to Empire Residence, where I stayed for two weeks. Despite all of this, the most unacceptable part is that Luxe Signature has still not returned my security deposit. Very bad management The building is 18 floors with only two elevators, and for past 3 days one of the elevators are down, asked management multiple times, but nothing
Nice Building for living. All staff are very helpful especially security guards, cleaners and maintenance
The building management seriously needs to step up. The outside windows are filthy and covered in bird droppings — I can’t even look outside properly. It’s not something tenants can clean themselves, and it’s disgraceful that it’s been left like this. On top of that, the lifts are in terrible condition, with the vinyl peeling off and a bad smell every time you step inside. For a property of this standard, it’s unacceptable. Basic maintenance and cleanliness should be a priority, and it feels like the management just isn’t taking responsibility.

Empire Residence truly sets the standard for modern living in JVC. We rent from this company one month in empire residence jvc and they told us that the house rent is including everything but after when the month finish they just send me 300 dirham my deposit back she said that 700 dirham is dewa acces and we just stay there for 3 days there’s comera ….this is so unreceptive we will not rent there again .
Empire Residence has the potential to be a great place to live, but unfortunately, there are too many issues that overshadow its appeal. The building’s exterior looks fantastic, and the apartments are modern and located in a nice area, but the inside tells a different story. The main problem seems to be that Empire Residence allowed residents to move in before the building was fully completed and properly inspected.
