Amazing staff, amenities, location, and apartment layouts. We are so excited about our new community at the Altis here in Tampa. Moving in was very smooth. Thank you to Randi and her staff for everything. What a beautiful property!!!
I am very excited to move here in a couple of weeks! The amenities are wonderful and seem very well kept. The overall property seems clean and safe, too. Wanda, as well as the rest of the staff that I interacted with, were extremely helpful and responsive to any questions I had. She went above and beyond.
I'm thrilled to be renewing my lease for a third year at Altis Grand Central because this place has been absolutely fantastic. From day one, the property and the management team have treated me with the utmost respect and have been the easiest to work with. I've lived in several other properties before, and nothing compares to the experience here. The management is simply top-notch. But what really makes a difference is the maintenance team. Jonathan, the head of maintenance, is an absolute standout. Anytime I need anything, he's right there to help immediately. I can literally bump into him…
Altis Grand Central stood out from the other complexes I toured as these amenities feel genuinely elevated. The rooftop pool was sparkling when I saw it, and the sauna is huge as both were standouts for me. The property felt warm, clean, and well cared for, and the location is a big plus with great restaurants and stores within walking distance. Wanda and Ashlynn were fantastic as they were responsive by phone and just as helpful in person. They answered all my questions and made the process seamless. Really happy with my decision.

Ale’s Charcuterie Boards had the honor of creating the grazing table for the residents’ Thanksgiving celebration. The property is beautiful and welcoming, but what truly stands out is the exceptional dedication of Randi, the manager and Ashlynn. Their warmth, kindness, and willingness to assist with absolutely everything made our work seamless and enjoyable. I am new to apartment living but the experience thus far has been refreshing. I have had endless questions about processes and Wanda has been nothing short of amazing in her patience and follow thru.
I’ve been living at Altis since 2021, and it's been a wonderful experience! The staff is absolutely amazing! Shout out to Randi and Ashlynn! They are always friendly, professional, and quick to assist with anything I need. The rooftop pool has the best view of Tampa hands down. I’ve loved every minute here and highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a stress free place to live!
We have been living at the Altis for almost 3 years and we can safely say that this building has the best management & maintenance team. Extremely pro active and responsive management group. Upgrades are always taking place in common areas and the building always looks new and fresh. Amenities are next level and the gym is world class with a super view of the Tampa Sky line! We love it so much that we are moving from a 1/1 to a 2/2 for another 15 months. Good sense of community as well!
