I was very interested in this property, but after going to “tour” I was so disappointed. Staff seems disorganized/ unprofessional and they do not even allow you to look at any of the apartments before moving in (no model units). I scheduled a tour for 4:30pm multiple days in advance through the link they sent me after contacting them. The day of the tour, I got there at 4:28pm. While walking up to the door the only leasing agent that was there (that I have the tour with) saw me approaching and quickly flipped the “open” sign to “closed” despite me having a tour PREBOOKED. Me & my 6 year old son are thankful, grateful, & truly blessed cheers to #NewBeginnings. Happy September. 🙏🏽🧑🧒🏡❤️
🏡✨ Me mudé recientemente y desde el primer día me sentí bienvenida. El trato fue excelente y la comunidad se siente tranquila 🌿💛.
Just dont unless you want them to hold your money for months on end and never communicate. STILL NOT BUILT. Was supposed to open up in the spring. Its almost fall and Kayla told me there's no guarantee they will be open in September either. Don't waste your time. Oh! Was also told they failed their inspections and that's why they still aren't open.

My experience has been amazing I am so great full for the friendliness and professionalism the process has been a positive experience THANK YOU KAYLA /KARLA/JAMMY AND MELI For all you do. Offices like this with helpful heart and good vibes are hard to find .
The process has been so smooth I appreciate everything Meli and the staff of Pinnacle at the Wesleyan has done to make this experience so smooth.
Me and my girlfriend went there today to get information on the process and the apartments. There were two ladies who greeted us kindly. they were extremely polite, informative and helpful! They answered any questions we gave them and if they didn't know they would find the answer.
Throughout the leasing process, Meli has demonstrated professionalism and attentiveness. I scheduled my appointment online and received prompt and effective communication via email. The sole inconvenience is that the temporary office they are using is difficult to access due to a locked door. Apart from this minor setback, the process has been progressing smoothly.
