Definitively - The best residential building I’ve seen in Dubai. There’s no better space that brings together peace, space, green spaces and a quiet and respectful community experience. Highly recommend!
Developer does NOT deliver what they promised. Our cars are being outside overheating in the sun and in the rain! Its been ages since building completion and they didn’t even start making the cover for the parking that they promised!!!!! 😭 such a disappointment. Residents only want to receive what’s been promised by developer and nothing is done 😓
What impressed me for HAVEN-I most was how cohesive the entire development feels. From the entrance to the amenities and the apartment itself, everything feels intentional and well thought through. It doesn’t feel rushed or overdone, which is refreshing in today’s market. 🥰
As a broker, working with this team has been smooth and professional. Information is shared clearly, timelines are realistic, and follow-ups are consistent. It makes a big difference when a developer respects both brokers and end clients, and that approach really shows here.

I would like to commend Ms. Salsabiel from the CRM team of Meraki for her exceptional service. While my previous experiences with the department have been challenging, her professionalism and dedication have made a significant positive impact. She truly went above and beyond, and her efforts are greatly appreciated.
Worst experience ever with Meraki Developers Dubai. They delayed the NOC, added fines for no reason, ignored emails and calls, and then had the audacity to send a termination notice. There was no delay from our side, yet we were punished nonstop. Absolutely the worst decision to invest with Meraki. Zero professionalism, zero responsibility. Would never recommend them to anyone.
Worst experience with this developer. It’s been 3 months since I gave my token. They are keeping me on hold without giving any clear response- sometimes saying oh it’s all done, and then not picking your calls- and then saying DLD has not approved. Why sell me something if DLD has not approved yet? Agents have no accountability, management is worse- apparently gives no info to their agents and keeps them on hold without reason. Please don’t buy from Meraki if you want a smooth experience / if you want an investment worth your time and money.
I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from Meraki. I paid a deposit for an apartment reservation but unfortunately due to a genuine reason i couldn't continue and next day it self i have informed them, but despite multiple follow-ups with both their sales department and customer relations team, I have yet to receive any response regarding my refund. It’s been 5 month since my initial request, and the lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable. I trusted this company with my money, and they’ve failed to honor that trust.
