My stay at the Radisson Collection Hotel in Bodrum was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the level of service and warmth from the staff immediately stood out. We would like to express our gratitude to the extremely courteous staff at the front desk, and especially the restaurant staff who are wonderful and very attentive , especially Umut, Emre and Yaren ( breakfast buffet area), and Serkan bey at Strobolis. We are staying here during our home renovation and it has been very comfortable in a large suite . Our only complaint in the first suite was that the shower didn’t drain well , lacking a proper slope on the tile causing water to go beyond the shower area. The Radisson Collection , is an absolutely gem in Bodrum. It’s a little further from the airport than I expected but it’s well worth it. The coastline is breathtaking! Firstly the staff , Mehmet Ali and Erdem on reception, Fatma and Dewi hospitality staff were so helpful and kind. They were accommodating and went the extra mile when we had a storm on Sunday night . Yasmin, Mehmet and Gunaydin and the people at the breakfast were so amazing, everyone was so nice. It’s very safe and pleasant in the hotel and the Bodrum town as well, great welcome to family. So many restaurants and coffee shops and beautiful cats around. Great people, great culture and fantastic weather all year round. Should come again and again.

The hotel staff were consistently committed to going above and beyond to ensure our stay was special. This included upgrading our room, complimentary gifts and providing a list of activities and places to eat. I would have no reservations in recommending this place to someone looking for a holiday centred around relaxation and luxury.
I could not fault this hotel and look forward to coming back! Beautifully decorated, modern, clean and elegant. Exceptional service from staff. Comfortable room with all amenities and tasteful decor. Housekeeping were great and we really appreciated the cleanliness. Breakfast delicious with added à la carte options which was excellent. But the best part was the location - quiet, peaceful and beautiful surroundings complete with a ‘mini village’ type development boasting restaurants and shops all within walking distance.
