Abby from the leasing team is amazing and she helped me find the perfect apartment for me. The community hosts events and has food trucks all the time. I also really appreciate their maintenance team. I was having issues with my washer/dryer and within an hour of reaching out, they were at my door. Everyone that works here is very friendly.
This is a great place to live. The community is well maintained, and the support team is excellent — always helpful, responsive, and willing to assist whenever needed. We’ve had a very positive experience so far and truly enjoy living here.
I had no issues with the office, the ladies in the front are really nice, but we had to leave this place early before we all got really sick. When we moved in I noticed the top of the shower in the master bathroom had a cut out and repatch. Didn’t think anything of it. Two months in started getting headaches and super fatigued, thought it was just lack of sleep from having a new baby. Then I started finding mold in my closet, all over my clothes. There is no sunlight or ventilation in the closet I would leave the exhaust on all day and keep the door open to the bathroom. I let the office…
Honestly, I have mixed feelings about the apartment complex, but I don’t think I’d live here again despite the pros of a very convenient location and a good neighborhood. Pros: - Spacious balcony that is screened - Gym - Location is great - Decent price for area - Apartment is beautiful - People that live there are nice Cons: - A/C was out 9 days with no communication from management (other than day 2 when they looked at it & said it’d be fixed within the next two days). It was consistently over 85 during that time. - We had ants…… and maintenance said they’d come spray…… but they never did.…

I have been living here about 8months now. Great area Beautiful and clean environment.very convenient to go everywhere. From the first day I checked in, I felt warm and safe. The staff were incredibly friendly, and Samantha was especially impressive, going the extra mile to help me. I feel like this is home. definitely five stars!
Great complex! Very communicative about the community. The balconies are AMAZING. Like absolutely stunning! I do not have a dog, but the dog park is great. The community in general is very pretty. Pool is beautiful. Maintenance seems to come quickly, but haven’t had many issues or anything big to need them. Food trucks are awesome. Complex is quiet. Only downside I’ve encountered is handicap parking. The few spots, that are not close to my building, are always occupied. But besides that, it’s a great place.
I lived in Venetian Isle in 2019 before it was managed by Greystar. The complex was clean, well maintained and the staff were outstanding. We never had a problem! When looking to rent again, I decided to move back into Venetian Isle because I loved it so much in 2019. It took a wrong turn somewhere.... the complex is run down with broken gates, rusted signs, lights out/flickering and much more. I constantly had pest problems which management really didn't seem to care about. I went four days without air conditioning in the Summer which management also seemed to have no desire to fix. LOVED living here. The location is awesome - there's a shopping center across the street with tons of restaurant options, salons / barbershops, a Publix, fitness facilities, and even a Goodwill Express donation center. So convenient! The 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment was spacious and bright. The lanai was HUGE (I had a full-sized patio table and a hammock with room to spare). Many of the units have a view of the Magic Kingdom fireworks (whenever those get restarted). The layout was great because the bedrooms were separate with the common space between.
