Cashier #920 12/4 PM incredibly rude and grossly dismissive of expired shisha Just bad for customer service and for being in sales even if it is a smoke shop, we work hard for our money too and coming into a place like this to get treated poorly is so unfortunate.Do better!!!! Your forehead piercing is showing.
Purchased a dugout only find out the spring was missing. After returning after a couple of days I was denied a replacement or exchange. I will not be going to this place again as the products are poor quality and any efforts to fix the situation was just as poor. The little mexican girl was not helpful at all.
Awesome all the way around and the people are fast friendly and puts you exactly where you need to be
Little Hispanic girl and black guy working today seemed so uninterested in doing their job, we bought a piece and before we could even look at more she goes “that all?” And walks away. Stopped in for the first time to grab a vape on my way out of town, I've been wanting to check this place out for awhile now. I saw that there are lots of reviews on the friendly staff although that unfortunately was not my experience. When I walked in I asked if they sold the vape I normally purchase and the girl at the counter said nope we do not. ...that's literally it....she did not offer a alternative I actually had to ask if they sold any other brands and she said yes just not the one you want....I had to ask where they were. ..the whole encounter was just in my opinion impolite and…
Friendly staff. Amazing assortment of products. Thanks Ya'll!
Came in for some vapes and they had some name brands a good price. Keagen helped us and super nice and knowlegable. Appreciate the help.
Had a great experience as usual. This location has a super large selection in comparison to other locations. But an employee Rae went ABOVE & BEYOND for me today which hasn't been an easy one..so I VERY much appreciate ur kindness to me today and the help of course.
