Lived there for two years and would not recommend. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. Management & Staff: The building management lacks professionalism across the board. Poor attitude. They refuse to speak English or even rude if you try to speak with Google Translate. They’ll refuse service for not speaking Turkish, even if you are tourist. Living Conditions: Summers were nearly unbearable. The window glass heats up the apartment significantly, and the small window crack that opens to isn’t enough to cool the place down. A good place to stay but you need to walk around 15 minutes to the nearest metro station beside that there are no markets around except the 212 outlet mall
Booked on Airbnb, check in was a disaster, had to wait in another room for our apartment for a night, then we’re moved, gym on floor 1. Good, separate from men and women. Clean place. Would recommend. Easy access to taxis
Had a pleasant stay here via Airbnb. Although market/public transportation beyond reach. I had to walk 25 minutes away. Not a fan of Taxi unless I had to. Staffs are nice they offer excellent service. Regretfully, one of the security lady gave a hard time when we entered the building B Blok. We had to explain many times that we aren’t provided with access card and my host had to speak with her by phone. This happened 2 times within our one month of stay.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks. It was an absolute pleasure. The owners and caretakers were very nice and very accommodating. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Istanbul. This location is also perfect.
I stayed 2 weeks, it was comfortable I like the place our studio is clean and neat, everything I needed was available and New, the location is Good , security guys are kind spcially the girl with hijab, the view is very nice, building yard is nice.. unfortunately there is unpleasant smell in bath. Kitchen appliance are too basic it could be better.
First of all ITS NOT PET FRIENDLY Secondly the project is not finished yet and still they rent the houses without any essential needs prepared. (Heat system and warm water is not ready yet). No market or shopping stores around. No transportation around and you should have a car if you wanna live there.
This place is nice but quality is still not really clear noticed defects everywhere , poor staff nobody available looks like they just barely have a few staff , totally unprofessional and lack customer service , and they don’t really care too , however you will get your home title deed fast , still trying it out haven’t lived there yet but this is initial encounters could discover more problems will keep you updated , but definitely recommend buy directly no need for Realestate agents
