The Complex was amazing ! I did a tour with Sh'Aaliyah and she was so awesome. I am not looking to move until July but she still took her time to show me each apartment and explained the current special offers. I enjoyed her time and patience throughout my tour. By the way the music room is a great touch !
The Avant has been a standout place to live. The community is quiet, feels upscale, and the amenities are always well maintained. The staff puts real effort into hosting enjoyable events and sharing updates so residents know what is going on. Sh’Aaliyah in the leasing office has been excellent to work with. She is welcoming, responsive, and always willing to help with anything I need. Highly recommend living here.
We had a great tour with Sh’Aaliyah today and will be reserving a unit here while we sell our home. She was so very knowledgeable, patient and kind. She made my husband and I feel very comfortable from the moment we met her. The property and the units are truly beautiful. If you are looking for an apartment in the Tech Center and haven’t toured the Avant yet, you really need to! You won’t be disappointed.
Every time I bring clients here, I know that they will have an amazing experience. Management in addition to the leasing agents, Grant and Sh’Aaliyah, have been extremely professional, but even more importantly, personable. Aside from that, the quality of this building reaches above and beyond the typical “luxury” buildings in and around Denver. The location is also prime with convenience close to grocery stores, restaurants, car washes, etc. I highly recommend this community!

Sh’Aaliyah at Avant is truly incredible! Every time I bring clients in for tours, she’s warm, helpful, and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels comfortable and informed. Grant is also amazing — attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with anything. The entire Avant team creates such a welcoming experience, and my clients always leave feeling excited and supported. The property itself is stunning, and the staff makes it even better. I can’t wait to keep bringing more clients here!
Sh’Aaliyah was so amazing, she has great communication skills and knew the place so well! I’m happy she was able to show me around and brighten up my day. The area is very calm, while also eventful, she knew all of the places that would fit well with my lifestyle! Very nice place and she made it such a friendly and welcome environment. :))
What an amazing place and I’m sad not to be living here. Grant was really helpful and truly cares about all the residents. I loved the feel of the building all the amenities they have to offer- from the gym and year round pool to the music room overlooking Fiddlers Green. I toured several apartments this weekend hoping to find one that fits all my furniture. Unfortunately none of the layouts worked for me so I had to pass. I highly recommend taking a tour here to see if it would work for you.
Beautiful apartment with an incredible view—and the staff truly makes it even better! Ary gave me a thorough tour and has been so helpful, answering every question I’ve had along the way. Grant made my move-in day completely seamless, and Martin in maintenance has been so quick to respond to anything I’ve needed, making sure everything is perfect. I couldn’t be happier with my experience living here so far!
