The staff are genuinely caring and attentive—they take the time to get to know residents and families, and it shows in the quality of service and the atmosphere in the community. The programs and activities are impressive and truly focused on wellness and engagement. When my mom had to go to the hospital over a year ago, it became clear that she required more day-to-day assistance. After visiting several options we chose Trico LivingWell. Brandi director of resident services was patient and kind. It was a stressful time to review the different options and Brandi was supportive and took the time to show me the facility and unit again a week later so I could compare it with another place. There was only one choice when I was looking for a place for seniors in my life, and it was Trico Living Well. The entire team welcomed us with open arms, and continue to support my relatives with assisted living. The food is fantastic, and the choice of meals throughout the day is impressive. Once the staff got to know my family, their specific needs with respect to dietary requirements, low salt, low sugar etc. is automatically known. Every day there is an exercise class or two, and the events are varied. From live music, to movies on the big screen in the theater, to art classes, health…
We are a specialty transition service business operating in Calgary. We assist seniors who are leaving their homes and moving into assisted or independent living. We have been working with Trico Living Well for quite some time. It's always a pleasure to work with Trico and the amazing and compassionate staff, like Brandi, who make the residence such a wonderful place to live! It's been an absolute pleasure helping their residents move in. Every client is truly happy and delighted to be there!!

My experience at Trico Livingwell has been wonderful. Brandie and the team provide exceptional service. The team has worked with me to ensure that all my needs have been met for my Dad. I couldn't be happier. I always feel supported and valued. The team’s professionalism and positive attitude make every step of this journey enjoyable. I moved into assisted living at Trico after exploring other options in July. The move went incredibly well with movers recommended by Trico. The new building is great and it represents good value. The dining experience is excellent. 3 meals with choice as to when to eat, what to eat, and where you wish to sit. The Trico team is very knowledgeable, professional and foster a caring community. Brandi, the sales manager, was attentive to understanding my needs. Trico Living Well is home.
Over the past months since Trico Livingwell opened, Sharon and I have visited with six members of their team at very stages of planning the next move in our retirement. On one occasion, the Director of Health walked us through all of the steps to work with AHS even though they were a private residence. We then reserved a four day visit with our cat and were so impressed. On arrival, we were guided through the underground garage and met at the parking stall by Kelsey with a cart to help us get installed. Even other residents went out of their way to be welcoming. The staff is professional, patient and helpful! The facilities are new, bright and state of the art with the ambience of a boutique hotel! The common areas and activities provide for stimulating community and the residents are friendly and welcoming. Anyone considering becoming a resident or helping move a loved one to this beautiful location can do so with confidence and peace of mind. Thank you to the Team for helping my mom feel so at home.
