Been staying at this condo since Day 1. From one of the worse condo managing agent till now, when they changed to a different agent, I can see a vast different. The new team is more efficient, more hardworking and they do really care for the estate. I can see the manager and his team making rounds everyday, checking on the facade, making sure the defects are taken care of. And they replied to the enquiries I asked. This is something that is so lacking from the previous team. I applaud to them for the wonderful job and hope that they can continue to comprehend the uphill task of turning this…
Fantastic development. Great views, quiet and within walking distance to the mrt, coffee shops and cafes.
The quality is very poor. In just one year, the bathroom has leaked twice. The automatic door leading to the carpark has been broken for a long time and still hasn’t been fixed.
Moved in for almost a month, very quiet and serene, modestly near to CBD. Great balance of nature and city!

This condo is truly amazing! It’s modern, new, and offers plenty of facilities. The pools are absolutely incredible, and in almost three years of living here we’ve never had a single issue. Side note: it feels a bit unfair that some of the low ratings come from people who don’t even live here.
Worst management ever. I have moved out for 3 months now and they are still holding on to my app deposit. Completely ignoring emails and just pushing it to the “accounts” department. Refused to give a number to their “accounts department” to contact for follow up. Apparently they changed manager to MATTHEW, so Mr Matthew if you are reading this, call me back with a resolution or I’ll be leaving this here. Putting a deposit in the app was so fast via paynow. But taking it back …… good luck to all who tries.
Security all cluster at guardhouse and none of the 5 responded when waiting at the visitoring entry lane. When one finally opened the window, they talk rudely like my driver friend is visiting someone in jail... rough and rude even though owner is beside! Noted the name female secuity officer Sasi. As an owner sitting in my friends car, i dont understand why the estate spend 76k monthly for these type of security. Very disappointed honestly.
A modern project with idyllic surroundings and well furnished amenities for one to enjoy after a hard day's work.
