The management team is like a Rollercoaster and always got someone new every 3 months. Other than that the apartments are beautiful. Hope the new maintenence manager can bring the heat and do the work.
I want to thank Greystar Management for considering our concerns and addressing some of the issues I had mentioned on my previous review. The Gym has been looking cleaner and it was also noticeable in the mail room. We had the honor of meeting one of the new managers as well this past weekend Natasha. She was pleasantly sweet and welcomed us and introduced herself with a smile which was a nice change and super refreshing. Great apartments! Loved the staff! I met Natasha, and toured with Bri. She’d made sure to show me everything, the really spacious 2 and 3 bedrooms! Had the pleasure of running into Tj, who’s part of the maintenance team! Can’t wait to be apart of this community!
Living here has been a genuinely positive experience. The community feels welcoming and safe, and the staff go out of their way to be helpful and kind. I especially appreciate the events that Brianna organizes, they’re always thoughtful, fun, and a great way to connect with neighbors. It’s clear that care and intention go into making this place feel like home. Highly recommend!

Living at The Lindsey at Grove 98 in Wake County has been an incredible experience! The community is beautifully maintained, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The amenities are top-notch, and everything feels new, clean, and welcoming. I had the pleasure of working with Brianna to help find me an ideal floorplan within a month of my other lease ending. I was looking for a more luxury and clean feeling apartment. I found that at The Lindley and could not be happier. I enjoy going to the variety of events the leasing team puts together and you can’t beat the location. Overall, I am very pleased with the community and the leasing team.
We have lived at “The Lindley at Grove 98” for two months and it has been a great experience. As we relocated to Wake Forest, we toured twelve local apartment complexes and the more we saw, the easier our decision was. The facility is new, clean, safe, modern, and is in a great location on highway 98 near route 1. Our leasing professional was Brianna Gramley who did a great job during the touring, application and onboarding processes. Just moved into my new apartment at The Lindley at Grove 98, and the entire process, from my first visit to move-in, was handled exceptionally by Brianna Gramley. She was highly responsive, professional, and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Brianna helped with early package deliveries and even got me exact dimensions for my rugs and furniture planning. Smooth process, excellent communication. Highly recommend working with her.
