Excellent building with spacious apartments, high-quality renovation, wonderful view from the apartment, especially during sunset!!!
I had one year full of stress this building. In the middle of my rent contract, the management changed and the whole building didn’t have hot water for a full month. No responsibility was taken. The isolation inside of the house is pretty bad you hear neighbors and their kids screaming probably the whole day. Also, I had a dog living on my floor that no one cared about and it was barking like crazy every single time he went into the hallway. The constant noises on the hallway made working from home impossible. The management didn’t do anything about the isolation issue of the doors or…
Fantastic layouts, lots of storage space, smart lighting and sound, sensor (e.g.: light, motion) integration, and built-in fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The common areas are well equipped and maintained. Specially since the new management came in.
The building is modern, high-quality, and truly luxurious. The entrance feels like that of a five-star hotel – elegant and welcoming. The pool and fitness areas are also excellent and perfectly complement the overall impression. There were some initial issues with the previous property management, but they have been fully resolved. The new property manager is dedicated, professional, and ensures everything runs smoothly. My apartment offers a stunning view – truly a highlight!

I live here for over a year now and I really love this building! My apartment has such beautiful view of the skyline of Dubai. I love watching the sunsets. Also this building has nice facilities, such as the swimming pool, fitness centre and a kids area. The security is great as well.
I’ve been living in Catch Residences for over a year now, since the building was first handed over, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best towers in JVC. Yes, like many new buildings in Dubai, there were some issues with management at the beginning. But it’s only fair to point out that the management has since been replaced, and most of the initial problems have already been resolved or are actively being addressed. As someone who has been living in Dubai for almost 8 years, and specifically in JVC for nearly 5, I’ve visited and stayed in many buildings across the area. Catch…
Loved my apartment but hated the building management!!! Building management team changed 4 times in the last year. The current management made my move out process so hard, that honestly I am sick!! It’s been the most awful move out process I’ve ever had to do in the whole five years I’ve been in Dubai’s The security guards are unnecessarily strict and cause so much problems letting anyone to your apartment. The building also charges you extra for hot water!!! Never doing that again!! Other than that the apartments are beautiful but it’s not worth the hassle that comes with it. Never again
One of the best buildings in JVC! It is beautiful outside and inside, super clean and the staff are very kind and helpful! Near by parks and dog park! It has an amazing swimming pool, very long and has different depths for real swimmers and beginners, even a small pool for babies :) as well as indoor kids play area. Huge and well equipped gym. We really love it!
