I recently moved in and personally i really love my apartment. Tina Mendez, the leasing agent has been wonderful in helping me settle into Metro Parc as well as the other staff being very friendly in general and quick to respond on any maintenance issues with the apartment . The building itself is always clean with cleaning ladies doing a great job at keeping the building tidy. An all around great experience
I want to give a big shout out to leasing agent Gustavo Quevedo for the tour and explaining everything properly to me during my visit to the property. I was able to get the unit that I liked the most and the approval process was fast and very precise. I appreciate Gustavo for his due diligence and assist omg me obtaining my new home. Much love! 🙏🏾

I have nothing but great things to say about this apartment complex and its employees, especially Tina Mendez. From our first tour of the space to ending our lease Tina was our one and only point of contact, and I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. On the apartment side of things: We found ourselves using the gym and pool area often, there is an espresso machine in the lobby and a candy bowl that’s refilled pretty often. Never experienced any issues with lost packages or food delivery. The parking garage was clean and convenient. The complex being a 5-8 minute walk from the Tri-Rail…
Tina is the absolute sweetest leasing agent I’ve ever worked with! The property is beautiful and has a quality gym and a clean pool. Maintenance is quick to respond and there are no bugs, which is insanely good for SoFlo. It has everything you could ask for, especially being just a block away from the train station. Shoutout again to my GOAT, Tina!
I've been living here for the past 3 months and I absolutely love it. The building is amazing, beautiful and I love the gym. The pool is very, very nice and the staff who work here are amazing. The amenities are awesome and very convenient. I wanna give a huge shout out to Mrs. Tina Mendez, she is totally awesome and showed me thr building and is SUPER helpful. So thank you Ma'am. I love my home.
Quick and efficient service any time we’ve had something to fix the maintenance team is friendly and knowledgeable. We love the amenities, washer dryer in the unit and how clean and fresh the lobby always is (thank you to the cleaning team) it’s a great place to live and I can walk to the Tri rail which has made my commute so easy . Jen the property manager is so kind and responsive too
