This hospital seriously needs to fix its system. I waited 2 hours for the doctor, then another 40 minutes just to pay at their so-called ‘Patient Hub.’ If a hospital can’t manage basic efficiency, how can it protect patient safety? People can deteriorate or even die because of delays like these. Do better.

This hospital is clean. Staff are friendly and reliable. Also their vegetarian food is delicious and healthy. I feel safe in this hospital.

I went to the emergency room last night after experiencing severe adverse reactions to a medication used for malaria prevention. The hospital team was incredibly professional, efficient, kind, and compassionate. They guided me through every step, clearly explaining what was happening, providing the necessary treatment, and even allowing me to rest after my IV was finished. They also let my husband stay with me, which was a great comfort during such a vulnerable moment. The cost of care was fair and reflected the reality of the situation, with prices being very accessible. I’m truly grateful…

i was hospitalized for 5 days, nurses are good at their jobs also the doctors who handled my case, i was diagnosed with ckd stage 5, immediately i started my dialysis. . I grew up in Palawan so I know this hospital. I've given birth here with my first born and migrated to the US. My family of four went back to visit my family and my eldest son got sick. So we admitted him in this hospital almost midnight. We really thought it was dengue because of his symptoms, turned out he was just dehydrated that causes him having UTI. That explains a lot so he was put on in an antibiotics. This place, they know that you're a foreigner or somehow they can smell you have money, they automatically put you in the most expensive room there is, which I don't really care for it.…

Warning: Overcharging and Inaccurate Lab Results at Adventist Hospital I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the experience I had at Adventist Hospital during my recent visit to [City/Country]. As a foreign tourist, I was expecting a high level of care and professionalism, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by overcharging and inaccurate lab results. Overcharging During my visit, I was charged exorbitant amounts for basic medical services, including a blood test. The hospital seemed to take advantage of my foreign status, charging me rates that were…

Ohh what a disaster. I am from Australia and needed to see a Cardiologist here as my normal medication was not prescribed here in the Philippines. I was told to arrive at 10 am and when I checked in at 9.45 their were already 17 patients before me... The staff told me to return at midday, I did this to be told there were still 7 patients ahead of me. I was feeling acutely unwell with heart palpitations and requested if I may see the Cardiologist asap this was ignored initially until it was observed I was almost to the point of collapse. The Doctor did not seem to understand and when I…

This hospital was a godsend. Our baby spent three days here with pneumonia. The staff is so nice and the private room was very affordable. We cannot express our appreciation enough. If you are here on vacation, this is the place to come. The ER wait was fairly short and the x-rays and bloodwork came out very quickly.
