Constant issues with the Aircon or is it Maintance team? Can’t tell at this point 🤔 And btw the shower water pressure is horrendous! I can’t wait to move out.
I’m extremely disappointed with the way the building management handled pest control today. They sprayed strong insecticides directly in front of residential apartment doors without any prior notice or consent, exposing residents to harsh chemicals. I personally suffered a serious allergic reaction, with tightness in my chest and difficulty breathing shortly after the spraying. This is completely unacceptable, especially given that such treatments should be done by licensed companies and with proper health & safety notifications to residents. Square tower building is very modern and has great facilities with gym and poll. I was really impressed with security guys they are very friendly, approachable and efficient. They are knowledgeable with the building and helped me with all my queries. Look forward to seeing you again.
As a new tenant in square tower , I can recommend this building to family stay. The amenities including gym, swimming pool are upgraded. Management of this tower is helpful and kind. I should not forget the security professionalism, always vigilant keeping the area safe.

It was the worst experience in Apt 1611. My experience living in apartment 1611 was extremely disappointing. Be careful when choosing this unit — on the next floor, there are water tanks, and due to poor maintenance, water would leak into the apartment once or twice a month. Every time this happened, I had to stay up late trying to reach someone for help. They would fix it temporarily, but the issue always came back, damaging the furniture, walls, and paint. and in the end, they will ask you to pay for maintenance and take your security diposite. If there was a zero star, I would have given it. They don't deserve anything. The people in charge of the building don’t care at all. Yesterday, I was involved in a car accident in front of the parking entrance, and all of this was due to the negligence of the and the manager. I always tell them that the car dealers do not allow me to park at the parking entrance. They put up a sign that says “No one cares.” Now, who will bear my losses? A bunch of lazy people I always see gathered under the building, washing the parking lot daily as if they have nothing else to do I advise anyone who wants…
This building would be nice but it has some major flaws. It's cheaply built with bad fixtures. But mainly, the pool is DISGUSTING. half the days of the week the pool turns green. It's sickening and will cause some major health issues for the swimmers. They need a new pool boy who needs to come in every single day! The building management in general is terrible, with bins overflowing in the carpark, carpark barriers constantly broken down with no repair, inaction when water pipes in the carpark broke, and they did not call maintenance even when informed of the emergency. Just useless.
