Fantastic experience. luxurious room and amenities, and staff is very courteous, professional and helpful. Great week spent there and looking forward to staying again here when ever i am in KW city. Kudos to team.
Hotel is beautiful and super elegant. Rooms are comfortable. The best is the service, super attentive and personalized from the moment you step in. Nothing but good things to say about the JW Marriott Kuwait, highly recommended !
Room is small, toilet door is immediately next to bed !! Breakfast is not at the level of 5 star hotel, apparently new staff with no experience. The rate of the room is too high for the experience we get. Definitely no coming back or recommend it to a friend !
We had an excellent stay at the JW Marriott Hotel Kuwait City. The location is outstanding — within easy reach of the Souq, Grand Mosque, museums, and major city highlights. The hotel feels brand new following its extensive renovation, with modern, elegant interiors throughout. What truly sets this property apart is the staff — extremely friendly, professional, and always going out of their way to make guests feel genuinely welcome. Breakfast was very good, and the Executive Lounge is a great added benefit. A true 5-star experience all around.

This review is for Terrace Grill Restaurant: After nearly five years of closure, the restaurant has reopened inside the hotel. It was once known as one of the best steak restaurants in Kuwait, so expectations were high. First of all the staff were extremely friendly and nice. They even surprised us with drinks and cake when they found out it was my husband’s birthday. Wonderful 5 star hotel with a good location near Kuwait’s downtown. This is my fourth stay in this hotel and we again enjoyed our stay and the rooms at club levels are spacious, very clean and well decorated; and it is very obvious that the hotel is very well maintained and being kept in an excellent condition. The hotel is adjacent to luxurious Al-Salhia mall with all markets’ famous brands. The club lounge is very relaxing and food varieties are excellent.
