I’m still a month away from my move-in date, but I felt compelled to leave a review already. I’ve toured several apartments in the Sanford area, but this was the only place where the staff was genuinely welcoming and took the time to address every single one of my questions. Most luxury apartments look pretty similar on paper, so for me, it really came down to the level of support from the front office. I have lived at Northhaven for over 2 months now, and it has been amazing! The move-in process was so smooth. Any maintenance requests we have had are taken care of right away. We had a horrible experience with our previous apartment and broke the lease early over there, and it really is a night and day difference. I’ve worked with Ciana and Corina the most, and they are so kind and helpful. The complex also hosts such fun events, like brunches or making vision boards. All of the residents I’ve met so far have been very considerate, & the amenities are to die for. I never want to leave!!!
Our tour at Northhaven truly left a lasting impression. The amenities are beautiful & very clean. The gym and pool give you that "resort style" vibe and the apartments we toured have lots of space & big closets! The office staff was very welcoming and friendly. Ciana gave us our tour and she was great!!! She was very patient & professional with all the questions we were asking and she made us feel very comfortable and at home. This place is definitely on the top of our list!!!

The Northhaven team put together an incredible event for their soft opening — everything from the atmosphere to the hospitality reflected the pride they take in this community. I am beyond enamored to call this place home. I had been looking for an apartment for months. When I first visited, I immediately felt like this was going to be my new home, and that is largely due to the professionalism and warmth that Corina and the leasing office team possess. I was a walk-in that just stopped in to ask a few questions, but got given red carpet treatment by Corina even though she knew she had appointments booked for showings the whole day and she was incredibly busy. Northhaven is an awesome place to live! The whole staff is friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents. Everything is always clean and well taken care of. Huge shoutout to Ciana, she’s incredible! Super helpful, kind, and always goes the extra mile to make sure everyone’s taken care of. Highly recommend living here!
I toured NorthHaven recently and was really impressed! The community is beautiful and peaceful, and I loved the lake view by the pool. The buildings are spotless, and the elevators make everything so convenient. A big thank you to Ciana for the tour. She was so friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience great!
