"THINK TWICE BEFORE MOVING IN" Beautiful new building, but unfortunately the management and apartment finishing are very poor. In less than 10 months, 6 out of 9 light switches stopped working. We have followed up consistently, but responses are very slow and infrequent, and despite the issues clearly being defects, they still want to charge us for repairs!
There is a definite wiring issue in this building less than 1 yr old and 90% of all the lights don’t work. They refuse to fix it.
A beautiful building but it's the management team that let's it down. Similar to what has been written previously, there are light switches that haven't worked since the day I moved in. (6 months now) and the team are trying to charge tenants to fix them??? They are refusing to fix things that were never constructed properly in the first place. They definitely cut corners when building this place. I've had 2 serious leaks already. My advice is to be more proactive and more responsive. I will give you the benefit of the doubt because you are new and need some time to adjust. All I will say is…
Is the pool ready on site?
