DO NOT MOVE HERE. I moved in February 2025 and at first everything was fine — until new management took over. Since then, it’s been a mess. I was promised a “free month” (split as two half-month credits) in April and July, clearly stated in my lease. In April, it wasn’t applied because I had overpaid in March. I was told it would instead be applied in July and August. In July, while I was out of the country, they charged me full rent anyway. When I returned, they apologized and had me sign another agreement. August was finally credited — but in September, I was charged full rent again. I had…
We moved to the Jayden in the summer of 2025. Though it’s always easy to leave a good review soon after moving in, the true test is how an apartment community handles ice and snow. For the Jayden here in Peabody, the answer is beyond top notch! Sidewalks,stairs, and pathways were perpetually cleared, salted, and sanded through our recent mega storm. The team in the office—Zuhalley and Denira—are genuinely friendly and super responsive. Sid and Freddie in maintenance are as well, and they have wonderful follow-up to ensure that everything is okay. No one phones it in, it’s so refreshing to…
I have been here with my husband almost a year. They have all these luxuries but my husband was sitting in the front waiting for me to come down the staff, especially the young male looks at you like your in their hotel. Made me feel so uncomfortable to pay all this money and feel like this. There needs to be something done about people running on the floor over you all night. I also never seen so many people that tattle take on every little thing. There’s a lot of problems in this building but, these people are out their window watching everything. Don’t move here. Unfortunately, we left this community, and we are actually very happy we did. The treadmill was broken, and it seemed that management was not planning to fix it at all. If something breaks in the apartment, no one ever comes to repair it. Trash is everywhere and the management doesn’t care. All of this started after Jackie left the community and new management came. We are very sorry about that, it used to be such a nice place.

I moved into Jaden Apartments on October 1st, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Denira and Zuhaeley. They have been incredible from day one so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Their communication is amazing, and they made my entire move-in process so simple and stress-free. Anytime I had a question or concern, they addressed it right away. They’re both so approachable and truly go above and beyond for residents. I also want to highlight Freddie, the maintenance technician. He is such a hard worker and someone you can always count on. Honestly, I came here from a previous apartment where I was very comfortable and loved the management, so I was nervous about moving because of that. But I have to say, I’ve been pleasantly surprised since living here. The place is absolutely beautiful, and the common areas are stunning. I love how peaceful the neighborhood is; going out for a walk is such a pleasure. Denira and Zu are truly gems in the management team. I really appreciate that they organize activities for residents. Forget this place, the girl denira who is manager is on a Huge Power trip. She walks around with a resting angry face and just fakes a smile. Me and my wife were looking for a new place for 2 months because we didn’t renew our lease at Essex apartments because we were treated unfairly by the new management. DO NOT MOVE HERE – Management is Unprofessional and Harassing Living here has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any apartment complex. From the start, communication has been poor, but things took a turn for the worse when both the leasing and maintenance manager( RICARDO )began acting inappropriately. Instead of creating a welcoming and respectful environment, they’ve been harassing tenants—myself included. They’ve entered my unit without proper notice, spoken to me with a rude and aggressive tone, and created a hostile environment that makes it uncomfortable to even live here.…
