Reasonable price and convenient location. The rent is the same as the neighboring building, but the apartment offers more space
Love the location, close proximity to everything: public transit, school, restaurants etc. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The appartement has a lot of natural light and is very spacious for an studio.
Edificio moderno pero con muchos detalles, lo mejor del edificio es el gran servicio que ofrece el Janitor, aveces siento que hacia de mas pero una gran persona, deje el edificio por el alto precio y viendo lo que ofrecen, la administración muy mala en general, pero el Janitor 10/10
An amazing welcome to my new home! I just moved into the building and I’m genuinely impressed by the concierge and management service. The property director was incredibly kind and helped me get organized with my keys and move-in. But the biggest surprise? August is Wellness Month! Today we had a free Zumba class and it was fantastic, such a great vibe, I got to meet some of my neighbors, and the instructor, Tiguer (who also teaches at Crunch Fitness in Brossard), was absolutely amazing! I can’t wait for the next 3 classes. This building is doing things right. Just wow. 🙌🏽

1200 Mackay: The Titanic of Montreal Rentals If there were an award for “Most Overhyped, Underperforming, Soul-Sucking Rental in Montreal,” 1200 Mackay would win by a landslide, then ghost the ceremony like their leasing agent after you sign. This isn’t just bad management. It’s a full-blown operational dumpster fire dressed in condo chic. They lure you in with sleek marketing and bait deals like “1 month free,” then chain you to a nightmare where broken locks, rampant theft, and staff indifference are the norm. Security? LOL. Front door works when it feels like it. Garage? Same. It’s Russian…
A clean and well-maintained building with a very good location and the staff is very friendly and efficient and in general good rental
A very quiet and clean building with good tenants, you will have shops, bars, restaurants nearby, above all you will be sure that all your doubts and comments will be resolved by the building administration team in the fastest and most correct way
