  • I hate it here, its horrible here. I feel like I'm living in a glorified cage.
  • Rude and unprofessional concierge. The Asian girl with glasses has a superiority complex and always targeted our unit. Would always stare down our guests or us as we walked by. Even crumpled up a parking pass and threw it at us as she rolled her eyes once when we requested it for one of our guests. Not a pleasant way to be treated if you call this place home. The head manager Ahbi is no better. Have fun reaching Ranchos manager Francis as well he never responds. Overall the building is beautiful to look at but the quality is subpar and not worth the price tag. On top of that a hostile staff…
  • By the endlist list of complaints this place seems quite dumpy.
  • This place looks impressive from the outside, but living here has been a constant frustration. The building has only three elevators for 55 floors, and they frequently break down or are tied up by move-ins and deliveries, making wait times unbearable—sometimes over 15 minutes. Getting to your car is another hassle, requiring two elevator rides through a poorly designed parkade system. The units themselves may sound spacious on paper, but the layouts are cramped, with sliding doors instead of real ones, minimal storage, and large balconies that shrink actual living space. Build quality feels…

  • The worst untrained concierge staff!! The concierge people received my package and sent me a text saying they got my package at the front desk and will hold it for 2 weeks before disposing it. I went 4 days after I received that message bc I was away for a few days. To my surprise they gave my package away (words of the concierge manager, Abi). WITHOUT identifying the person who claims the package is theirs they just gave it to the stranger! There is no protocol and don’t even bother asking them to take responsibility bc they will say “this was ur fault not ours” (words of the concierge…
  • This building is a logistical nightmare. With 54 floors and only 3 elevators, expect to waste 10-20 minutes every time you need to go up or down. One is often broken, another reserved for moving, and the last is shared by subcontractors, deliveries, and residents. Brutal. Parking isn’t much better. You’ll need to take two separate elevators just to reach your car, adding 5-10 minutes to every trip. Amenities? A mixed bag at best. The $2 car wash is a nice idea, but it’s always broken. The karaoke room could be fun, but the sound system only connects to the karaoke machine, not the TV, making…
  • Beautiful towers, however… They only have one gym, and it is way too small for the amount of residents that come from TWO TOWERS (C and D). It is always busy, no machine is available unless you go before 5am or after 12am in the night. If you are facing south, have fun in a boiling apartment all summer because the AC does not work enough to keep the apartment cool during sunny days (even in spring), so the apartments get super hot. We were told about this when the technician came to make sure our AC was working. They say they have amenities, but if you want to book them they will charge from…
  • Read This Before Moving In! If you can't tolerate the following conditions, you might want to think twice before moving here: Elevator Wait Times: If you're not prepared to wait 5-10 minutes for the elevator during the morning and evening rush hours, don't move in. Parking Security: If you expect your car to be safe in the parking lot, think again. Parking Chaos: If you don't want to deal with drivers who can’t maneuver their cars properly and risk getting into accidents, this is not the place for you. Balcony Use: If you want to enjoy your balcony without the smell of cigarettes and weed,…
