This community is not an ADA accessible community and they will NOT make any accommodations because it would be a liability for them to do so. Morally wrong if not entirely illegal. Do better, guys.. seriously.
Maintenance is outstanding! Any request is always taken care of immediately, and Omar is the greatest! I appreciate him and his work!
We love living here! The staff is so accommodating and kind. Shout out to David who helped me with a maintenance situation the other day! A+++ Thanks to Tamara and Jessica in the office for all you do!
I moved in about three years ago and, overall, I really enjoy living here. However, there are a few things to keep in mind if you’re considering moving into this community. First, it is not handicapped accessible. Additionally, while it’s marketed as a gated community, the gates don’t really enhance security since anyone can easily walk in. On the positive side, the area is fantastic, and crime is not a concern. The maintenance team is outstanding—they’re quick, efficient, and always handle requests promptly. After selling our house renting at Marley Park was a great decision. We love our place and so do our doggos. Any maintenance issue we have had David has taken care of quickly and is always very friendly. Kelli also has always been great as well when we needed anything or had questions on our move in.
This is a nickname. I pay $2200 a month after all the fees and taxes for a two bedroom. It was fine until they switched to Ambient and took away our thermostat panel. The Ambient app is so horrible. It hardly ever works, so it's about 10 degrees colder inside than it is outside. My kids and I shouldn't be wearing jackets inside our home! I won't be renewing my lease simply because of this app. I pay far too much money to be forced to deal with a bottom of the barrel app! If I had the ability to change things manually like I used to, it'd still be fine, but here we are...... cold and deeply…
THIS IS THE ONE FOR US! On arrival we 1st noticed that everything was SUPER clean outside! The walkways, the gardens & the POOL were immaculate. Next we entered the office & received a sincere & professional 5 minute welcoming that provided us more than just numbers as Kelli showed us that she was truly proud to be part of this complex which spoke volumes to us. I remember leaving the office to begin touring the unit(s) and my wife and I simultaneously said THIS IS THE ONE and we hadn't been inside a unit as yet. This USED to be a great place to live but since property management and maintenance staff changed in December is gone downhill. So disappointing! There are hidden fees, expect to pay about $400.00 more per month than the advertised rent. The high turn over in staff is ridiculous, the previous staff was friendly, the previous property manager, maintenance manager and maintenance tech are all gone. The revolving door of staff now is unimpressive. I can't wait till my lease is up! There are so many surrounding properties with the same "amenities" that are much less expensive and probably have…
